The food was really good, chicken wrap was tasty and they crisp the outside which I love. Kids pizzas were good. The place was completely empty so I’m hoping a good review can maybe help? Lol. They need to detail the silverware though. It’s clean but it needs polished before rolled. Server was very nice and order was correct.

The food quality is below par versus the price. Just regular hamburger patties, nothing special and the fries seemed to be the frozen ones you'd throw in the oven or microwave to warm up.No surprise the service seems disinterested when the food quality is lacking.

Our server who was not a waitress provided us one of the best services we ever received. She went above and beyond to give a great experience!

Good place to go with kids as there is arcade/bowling for them to do as the adults have a couple beverages. Service was a little delayed as they were pretty busy.

Very poor service. Wait staff doesn't want to be there. Waitress asked us if we want our check while we were still eating; didn't refill our drinks; didn't ask if we wanted more drinks when we finished ours; didn't clear dirty plates; didn't ask if we wanted dessert. Friday prime dinnertime and there were only 3 tables filled. No wonder why. We won't be back.

Food average. Service was horrible. Waitress tried to give us our checks when half done with our meal. 7 girls...bday night out. No drink refills. Never offered more alcoholic drinks, never offered dessert. Lousy. Won't be

Saturday evening , got table of 8 seated very quickly. We then proceeded to wait 25/35 minutes for server, 4 small children. Table next to us recommended we go somewhere else, so we did.

Our server was nice but didn't check on us. Food was very cold. I got a Buffalo Chicken wrap the only good thing was the side of ranch. Our sweet potato fries were cold. My Hubby got the Labster Ravioli they were frozen not fresh and cold. My daughter's pizza was the only hot thing on our table it was ok. My son got the spaghetti it was cold and the meatball was weird. We got the cookie skillet thinking you can't go wrong with that well we were wrong it was raw our kids couldn't even eat it. We we're also one of two tables It was empty in the restaurant. Service was very slow. Don't waste your money.

Food was was cold, didn’t taste good and was super expensive. I had low expectations, it’s a bowling alley… but it really sucked. Waitress was kinda mean and forgot to bring stuff out.Even if the food was good I still would never eat there. I got the chicken masala for 20 dollars and it was two super small slices of dry chicken with gravy and mushrooms.

Absolutely horrible, sat there for 40 minutes after being told to sit anywhere. No one brought us menus or anything. We sat for 40 minutes and decided to leave. Will never again come here.

Started out great then after we ordered food and received it never got extra dressing or tartar sauce even when we asked for it a second time, no one ever came over to ask how things were, and after I gave charge card to pay for food never got a pen to sign the charge

I am new to Pittsburgh, this place is the worst by far. The wait is ridiculous, eat somewhere else before you come and play.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came here with a group of 3 other people and we were seated relatively quickly, but after we were given our drinks it took over 45 minutes for someone to ask if we were ready to order. There were four or five waitstaff around our table completely ignoring us that entire time. Two of us waited our entire meal to get our side of fries that was supposed to come WITH the meal. There was no communication from any member of waitstaff, which would have solved the entire problem. Instead, our actual server came by ONCE to ask if we needed refills, and was not the one who brought our food out. Meanwhile, tables that were seated after us were receiving service. The food was bland, but we waited so long that it was almost good. We spent an entire 2 hours here, almost all of it was wait time. Don't waste your money or time.
