I used Rania's for a post wedding brunch at my home and it was fabulous! They did made to order omelet's for my guests of 80+ and the rave reviews from guests were spectacular. The chefs and additional servers were professional, courteous, and knowlegable, helping wherever they were needed. Not only did my guests have a great time and great food, but so did I. I would highly recommended them and definately use them again.

For our May 2025 wedding, our venue had a list of preferred vendors with Ranias being one of the catering options. After talking to multiple caterers, I was feeling confused and unsure until I spoke with Ranias. It was the most straight forward and transparent conversation I had. Choosing Ranias as our wedding caterer was the best decision we made. Planning and paying for a wedding is not easy! The way that Ranias does business made it easy for me to understand exactly what I was paying for and that solidified them as our vendor.
Onto the food… OMG. Everyone at our wedding was complimenting us on the food. From the gorgeous grazing table, incredible cookie table execution, delicious appetizers and incredible dinner we were all blown away. We went with the filet as our beef option and everyone was raving about how perfect it was. 68 filets cooked to perfection! They even created an appetizer just for us and it was fan favorite! Melanie is such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them for all of your catering needs!

They were organized and communicated well with other vendors, and it made things go very smoothly. They honestly felt like more than just a caterer; they went above and beyond. They did things I didn't even expect them to do (for example, brought towels to dry off ceremony chairs if it rained). Everyone we worked with was also a joy, like our head chef Evan. They took our feedback at the tasting and implemented it perfectly the day of the wedding. Of course, the food was incredible. All of it is cooked on-site, so everything is hot and fresh. The appetizers were amazing, even the custom ones that we ordered off-menu. The dinner food was amazing too. I would highly recommend them as wedding caterers both for the quality of the food and the service we received.

My only complaint was that I was so busy at the wedding that I didn't get the try any of the cocktail hour passed apps, because I was told that they were incredible.

For serving >200 guests, each meal was beautifully plated and served at an appropriate temperature.
