I'm a retired Food and Hospitality Professional. Have opened and trained staff for various Corporations. At one time a Protor for The National Restaurant Association instructing and testing employees for Serv-Safe cerification.
The server for your establishment presented our two waters with five fingers gripped over each glass as if holding two baseballs. When asked if they always served beverages in such manner, the reaction was one of deer in the headlights.
Clueless.
Bad enough employee had no sense of cross contamination, my deeper concern is why management lets actions as this exist.
Needless to say, we walked out

Not worth the money. Walk in to pick up my online take out order. They have my bag sitting there by the door but the drink is missing. I waited there at the hostess station. No one ever came over. So I walked into the dining area and saw no employees. So I waited there for a few minutes, before finally a woman comes from the back and asks how she could help me. I told her my order by the door was missing the drink, she says what drink? And walks away. I said coke and that’s what she brought me. Got home my burger is all pink in the center not cooked well done like I ordered. Bread not toasted all soggy. Just bad quality all around. This is why this place is dying. I can’t imagine owning a business, having a customer walk in and not having anyone there to greet them or help them for their first 5 minutes in my store. What a joke. Never again.

I would give them five stars because the food was good and the service, once it arrived was great, however, they took 20 mins to first come to our table and that was only after I asked that host if we had a waiter.

Quick to be seated, food was hot and fresh. Drinks wrong tasty and all for a fair price. Waitress was tentative and check often to see if anything was needed

For 4.00 a drink waitress/ bartender never come back for refills , food cold and burger was pieces pieced together and taste like it was cooked and sat in warming bin just awful will never go again to this location too worried about closing clean up instead of customer!!
