The components are chosen based on the freshness of available coffee in accordance with the seasonality of harvests across the world. The beans that make it here are roasted by us so that in the cup they taste balanced in terms of body, acidity, sweetness, mouthfeel, flavor, and finish. Each part of the cup is meant to round into the next, creating a taste that is harmonious, complex, and delicious. This blend is roasted slightly darker than our single-origin offerings and is meant to be a crowd-pleaser for any coffee drinker.
Ethiopia Nano Challa
In the Agaro Gera woreda of the Jimma zone of Ethiopia, we find one of the most popular processing facilities in all of Ethiopia. In fact, over the last ten years because of the popularity and prices coffees from this washing station bring, the membership to Nano Challa has reached its maximum. This has allowed the 630 members of the Kata Muduga cooperative union to open a new washing station nearby and expand their production and overall coffee quality.

I love a local coffee shop. Redhawk was recommended to us by family members who live in Pittsburgh. The latte was delicious. I bought a small pastry similar to a biscotti but not as dry. It was fantastic but I forgot a picture. I a bought a bag of beans to take home and was offered a complimentary drip coffee for buying a bag. That was appreciated as prices are a bit higher than they should be due to tariffs

Highly recommended stopping in at this location. The beans have been roasted and used within the recommended date, and the quality of my cappuccino was excellent. Friendly staff and a nice environment!

Americano was great. Very limited breakfast options (bagel was the same shelf brand that you could buy from any big brand grocery store), so skip the breakfast food and take the delicious coffee! Very friendly staff.
