After going here several times I am going to give a more honest review than I'd like to. If you order two items, expect they won't make it and that when you ask after a ridiculous amount of time passes they will blame it on being taken. Has happened many times to me and happened to my partner and I in a row today. Just please fix your ticket system. Lattes are good!!

The best coffee in all of Cmu hands down. I have had coffee from all the coffee places on the campus, and the lattes here at the best.

One of the guys working told his coworker to shut up multiple times right in front of me because they had some machines down or something (she was talking to me and then asked him a question). I waited 15 minutes, they offered a refund or I could wait for the fix to get my drink. I said I'd be here waiting and gestured at the room, but I had to jump on a call, so I couldn't get up to get my drink for 90minutes. I stared longingly at it on the bar (I should have asked if they'd be cool bringing it to me).
Anyway, they remade it for me 2 hours later which was nice. But the guy telling his coworker to shut up was crazy! That was awful to watch and I feel bad for her. I was a barista for 9 years and would have quit on the spot if that happened. Hugely complex 3 star review for me. Would have been 1 if they (aka the nice barista) weren't so apologetic about the whole thing. Give them a raise and maybe talk to the guy lol.

Stopped here for a drink since I was in the area. I had the Vietnamese Cold Brew and it was really good. Unfortunately the location isn't convenient for me but I would visit again if I was in town. Great service as well!
