After going here several times I am going to give a more honest review than I'd like to. If you order two items, expect they won't make it and that when you ask after a ridiculous amount of time passes they will blame it on being taken. Has happened many times to me and happened to my partner and I in a row today. Just please fix your ticket system. Lattes are good!!
One of the guys working told his coworker to shut up multiple times right in front of me because they had some machines down or something (she was talking to me and then asked him a question). I waited 15 minutes, they offered a refund or I could wait for the fix to get my drink. I said I'd be here waiting and gestured at the room, but I had to jump on a call, so I couldn't get up to get my drink for 90minutes. I stared longingly at it on the bar (I should have asked...
Stopped here for a drink since I was in the area. I had the Vietnamese Cold Brew and it was really good. Unfortunately the location isn't convenient for me but I would visit again if I was in town. Great service as well!
