Incredible tasting, freshly roasted coffee. Free local delivery. Great mission and sustainability practices. If you’re in the city of Pittsburgh there’s no excuse to not order some beans from Redstart.
First time visiting and I want to go back! They focus on environmentally conscious coffee that protect native bird habitats, which is awesome. Plus the coffee was delicious. I had a cappuccino and pour over, the pour over was very nice and the notes were as described. Also picked up a bag of coffee for home!

One of the best Pittsburgh coffee shops. The bird theme makes it unique and interesting, you can come here to work, and it’s open later than other coffee shops. They also have some games and comfortable seating. Cool barista. Try the Pandan latte!
