Had a really great time at Refucilo Winery tonight. Three of us stopped in on a cold winter night after having dinner a few doors down. We each tried a different grand reserve red and were all very happy with the wine, along with chocolate almonds. You should definitely try the Winery. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A perfect evening out.

Such a fantastic wine bar experience. Juan is a wonderful owner—welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he’s doing. Every wine we tried was impressive, and the Chardonnay was especially unexpected and absolutely delicious. The empanadas were excellent as well, made locally and the perfect pairing with the wine. You can really feel the care and intention behind everything here. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely a Gem hidden in plain sight over at this Wine Bar. We decided to host our small company holiday party and everyone raved about the wine, service, and overall experience.

5 Stars all around

Had our work Holiday party here. Wine was spectacular and the Empanadas were delicious. It was both catered and homemade foods too. Juan addressed our group with interesting stories about how it all started through now.
Thank you.

Quaint little winery in Pittsburgh. Their Malbec wine is delicious and the owner and staff our so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely stop if you are in the area.

Simply put, Refucilo is a gem! The Argentinian, Mendoza, Uco Valley wine varitals (reds, whites and sparkling) are oustanding. The venue is first class and quaint. Juan and his small team (most of whom have been to the Uco Valley) provide excellent service and can give you all the details of each wine. The tapas are very nice and compliment the wines. For those who do not care for wine, there is a small craft beer and N/A selection. You cannot find a place in Pittsburgh in which the owner has a vineyard in one of the world's finest regions, oversees the making of the wines in the Uco Valley, brings them to Pittsburgh and is present to discuss them with you. Refucilo often has live music and dance. It's also a fantastic place to hold an group event. El que bebe un buen vino, vuelve a beberlo!

This was an amazing date night with our friends! Juan was so personable and welcoming, sharing his wine making story and helping us choose wines to taste. The ambiance is elegant inside with beautiful wood and the outside is a cozy patio. The tapas were unique and delicious. We will be back!

I’m only sad I didn’t buy more bottles! Found this place in a bind on Saturday night. The owner was gracious and a great conversationalist. The pinot bubbly was so surprisingly smooth and dry- and champagne is not usually my jam. We took 2 bottles home. Now it’s Sunday and I’m kicking myself for not having gotten extra, as they’re closed today.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE. We came for our friends birthday and I am not a wine girlie, but Juan the amazing owner went to the store to get me orange juice to make a Sangria. The BEST sangria I've ever had by the way. Customer service is above and beyond! Juan and his team are absolutely amazing!
