I ordered a small whip and she said it would be over $7.I said keep and walked out.Another time I was in there,they called the cops on a customer for no reason.I was there and the customer didn't do anything that should have warrent calling the police.Rude people.

I literally walked in at 9:10pm and was greeted by a friendly staff. They suggested a single scoop Sunday which I got a in a waffle bowl. The waffle bowl was perfect it was crunchy but hearty and the ice cream was handmade and delicious. The whipped cream and cherry on top was literally the cherry on top! One of the best waffle bowl Sundays I've ever had. I wrote this review in the middle of eating the Sunday and I didn't even get any pictures that's how good it was.

Awful service!We ordered an ice cream and hot chocolate for my kid. The ice cream was ok, nothing fancy. We asked the hot chocolate be almost room temperature as my kid can’t drink hot beverages. The woman said she couldn’t because it was from the machine, the drink was scolding hot. No milk or creamer counter, they kept it all behind the register along with the sweetener packets and we had to pay extra for creamer or “free cold sink water to cool it down”.Lots of irrelevant religious signage though.

I think they forgot the rest of the business name because it should be called "Remember When Ice Cream Had Flavor". Its pretty overpriced and for that price, I am clearly not buying flavor. Go to Scoops instead.

Ice cream had a good texture but 0 flavor. ....I have never had ice cream that tasted like...nothing? I got the peanut butter flavor.It's also atrociously overpriced. We got 4 cones. 3 kid sized, 1 small in a dish 30$. You can get way more flavorful ice cream at brusters and its homemade too.They also would not let my son have a cone because it "messed up inventory" you can't get a dish and a cone for a toddler?!Extremely overpriced Jesus ice cream. For Jesus loving people they are sure stingy everything was well no because inventory but you can buy a 10$ medium and get a cone to give you toddler....after you lick your ice cream out of it because you can't get a cone and a dish to put it in. They need some schooling on the practices of Jesus to be so advertising of it.Name is deceiving, "remember when" makes you think big ice cream, big flavor, good prices. It's not, it's insane prices and extra small sizes.TLDR: Flavorless expensive Jesus ice cream. Be warned.

I remember large soft serve icecream when I was young. Great atmosphere and great people !

I read a mix of reviews online. Some good, some not so good. My experience: 1st time here and the woman working the counter was kind and patient while I figured out what to order. The customer service was great. I got my cone very quickly and it was perhaps too large to eat even though I ordered the small. The ice cream was tasty and the fresh waffle cone was delicious. I was sitting inside when an older woman walked in and gave me a friendly smile. I figured out a little while later that she is somehow affiliated with the store as she was talking with the workers and she went in the back kitchen area. The store is extremely clean and in good order. I give my experience a 10 out of 10.

Witness terrible customer service and will never go back and I even recommended going in the first place. Lost my appetite for ice cream and wasn't interested in giving them my business after watching the interaction with the two behind the counter and the customer. Was the customer perfect? No. Is the customer always right? No. But as someone who is in management..... the situation was not handled professionally and a scene was caused in front of multiple groups of people. You can get a Jesus t-shirt but not calm and professional customer service at an ice cream shop. I wasn't going to post this but the owners replies to these reviews reflects the bickering I witnessed in the shop. Definitely not the remember when that I remember growing up. Good thing they moved to robinson because they wouldn't survive in the rocks all like that.

Remember When is not nice to customers, I have been reading the reviews and wow, their customer service is really bad, I’m glad it’s not just me! I went last night excited to go cause I use to go when they were in Windgap! Remember When is the whole concept! Remember when they were considerate, and affordable? I ordered a sundae with sprinkles not realizing I wanted crunchies , well my sundae was made and for inventory reasons a spoonful of crunchies could not be ordered! I spent over 20 for a sundae and banana split to go. So I said I would pay for the crunchies but for some reason it’s been made and they can’t add them! So I told them I didn’t want my order so they refunded for the banana split cause it wasn’t made yet! They would not refund my money for the sundae! I did Not take it! So a lady was walking out and I asked what she mumbled she said she didn’t agree with how they were with my situation! So all in all they lost my 10 dollar takeout order, the customer walked out so they lost her order and my mother loves ice cream so I was gonna take her there! So basically they lost at least 40 dollars in business over probably 25 cents worth of crunchies! So very bad at business and rude to customers don’t see them making it! Also I didn’t notice but my friend brought up religion should not be in a business like that. I see in the reviews how it offends ppl, that is definitely another reason I Will Never enter that establishment again! I would still love to be reimbursed for the expensive sundae I did not take! I guess if your fretting about a couple of cents for crunchies, they need that 10 dollars more than me! Definitely not people that should be working with the public!! ?‍♀️? PS. My friend said that their ice cream is Not worth the price! Very Pricey ? Go to Scoops, my client where I do hair in a high rise said go to Scoops! She had a bad experience at Remember When, when they first opened!???

Delicious ice cream. Really good service. Very clean place. They give you a lot of ice cream for the price. I like coming here as much as I can.

The service was good and the ice cream was rich and creamy but it had absolutely no flavor. I ordered peanut butter & coffee flavors. They did not taste even a little bit like peanut butter or coffee. They were completely flavorless. The ice cream was also overpriced.

Remember when a sundae wasn't 12.50 I do and I won't be back.A pint 10dollars.I heard the server say the scoop are 5 oz .I had 2 with hot fudge. It was delicious but not worth that kind of money. Won't be going back unless I win the lottery.
