Waitress didn’t put our tables food order in & we had to wait a significant time for food. No compensation was offered even though ithe six other tables ithat arrived after us were eating prior to our food was delivered. Not acceptable. Poor business practice.

Charged $6 upcharge for two tablespoons of Roquefort dressing. Waitress didn't mention the upcharge on a $3.50 salad, upcharge almost double. And they charged $10.50 instead of the $9.50. Manager would not correct brought over a menu and showed it on the menu. WHAT AN AWFUL WAY TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS!

WORST experience EVER!! Traveled over an hour for my daughter’s graduation from Duquesne and dinner at Rico’s. We had a confirmed reservation for 6pm. Earlier that morning some other members of the party were not able to make the dinner. My daughter called the restaurant to let them know and was told there was nothing they could do since it was a CONFIRMED reservation. We arrived at 5:45 and were told we could not be seated since our entire party was not present. I explained to the hostess and a very rude man that not only did we travel over an hour, attempted to give respectful notice, but I also had my 89yr old dad with me. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t care and it wasn’t his fault that he couldn’t seat us. We could wait an hour and MAYBE a table would be available. We waited in the bar area where there were several empty booths and were told we could not sit there to eat…. All the while watching people walk in with no reservation who were obviously way more important, walk in and get seated there to eat!!! We may not have been famous, wealthy or special friends but we were paying customers who would have loved to just celebrate a very important event with our family. We never did get seated and left for another establishment that was more than grateful for our patronage. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to NEVER go to this disrespectful place. I would give 0 stars!!

We were there for the first time on Mother’s Day and will not be going back. The food is over priced for mid quality at best. We had a party of 5 and were there 2 and a half hours which is ridiculous. We all had different types of meals steak, seafood, pasta etc and everyone was highly disappointed no flavor and for $525 everyone left unsatisfied we will stick to Johnnys Italian restaurant in Wilmerding. And on top of that our waiter pushed and pushed to try to up sell everything ridiculously.

We recently hosted my mother’s retirement party at Rico’s, and it was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The private party room was incredibly nice, providing the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The food was nothing short of amazing, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
The service was outstanding. David, Red, and Brian went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, and their attentiveness and hospitality truly made the evening special. My entire family was thrilled, and our friends were thoroughly impressed.
If you're looking for a fantastic place to host an event or just enjoy an incredible meal, Rico’s is the place to go. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!
