Fast and friendly service, the lady taking my order used a white board to make sure she got it all and her handwriting is the best I've ever seen. Completely irrelevant from the actual service which was fantastic, but worth mentioning.

This Rita's Ice is everything you would expect from a Ritas. It's a great summertime refreshing destination.
Everyone was very nice and polite. They also explained what they had and how it tasted and let us tasted a few we was interested in getting. Very clean and the employees were very helpful. We will be going back there. You have a customer for life. My grandson loves Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard. And if my grandson loves both of them well lets just say we love their italian ice and custard and all their flavors as well. We are life time customers. Again all their employees were amazingly very nice and polite and very helpful as well. Thank you to the employees of Rita's in millvale, your all amazing.
Dietary restrictions: They will let you no whats in all their Italian ice and frozen custard this was you dont get sick because of your food restriction. In the summer time the one in Millvale is always busy and that says alot about RITA'S AND THEIR EMPLOYEE'S THEY HIRE. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO AMAZING.
Parking: They also have parking for handicap and make it easy for people that has a handicap.
Kid-friendliness: They love kid and help the kids out with letting then taste what they want to make sure they really like it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is handicap parking. Its very easy for people who has a handicap to park and get to the window to get their desert. And if it's hard for the handicap to walk to the window and back on of the kids at the window will come out and assist then back to their vehicle. Again the employees are amazing... Thank you again RITA'S AND THE EMPLOYEES OF RITA'S.
