Riviera Pizza & Pasta

We aren’t from Pittsburgh. Just in town for concert and baseball game. The person that took our order on the phone, repeated our order multiple times. The pizza is delicious!!! We ordered a medium pizza withe pepperoni and mushrooms on half. It was correct. Delivered sooner than we thought for a friday night. Sauce is delicious. Great amount of cheese. Great value.

I paid 25$ 6 wing dings instead of wings . Order whole wings last week. I was told no whole wings. They lied. Took 2 hours 20 mins to deliver.

Delivery order,, driver so stupid on instructions, food cold and soggy.. pizza dry ,,little toppings,, steak hoagie had very strange taste like chemicals,, 43.25 waste of money

I have been ordering from them personally and professionally for years. I placed two future orders on their website for two days of volunteer projects. One of our dates had to be changed.So I called them forty eight hours in advance to cancel one order. They told me I had no orders even though I had an email confirmations. The manager was rude and dismissive. I had to send them screenshots of emails they sent. Of course I did not get a response when I sent the screenshots demanding both orders be canceled. This is all after I decided to continue using them when they messed up several orders for me. Never again.

Tried calling 3 times. First time they hung up on us. Second time a couple minutes later they didn't pick up. Third time a few minutes later they spoke to us rudely and wanted $40 for a calzone and a small pepperoni pizza.

Used to be a great pizza place. Now it's reheated frozen dough, late deliveries of cold pies. This place is just bad now. It used to be SO good. Go ANYWHERE else.

He'll, Totino's is better. Just reheat one of those.

Always consistent. Good food. Fast delivery (most of the time). Easy online ordering. Easy to call in.
We got an Italian wedgie (usually hoagie but we like to switch it up) and white pizza with broccoli and gyro meat.

Worst people to deal with foods good but expensive hell the customer service all around sucks at this place

We ordered on the Slice app at 6:38pm, it said about 40minutes for delivery. The app said it would be delivered at 7:34pm. We called the store at 8:04pm because we still hadn't gotten our pizza but it said was out for delivery, the guy who answered said that the driver was out with it already, he had left with it around 7:32pm and it should be delivered shortly. Well, it didn't get to us till 8:25pm, and we live 3.9 miles away. It took almost 50minutes for our pizza to get to us. Apparently the driver drives EXTRA slow in the rain. When we did finally get it the pizza was room temperature. Overall very unhappy.

Did a pickup for a chicken parmesan.. it felt like it was made with love and simple ingredients. Hit the spot!

I am consistently amazed by how bad the food here is. I live nearby and Riviera is the only place open late in the area, so I've given in and ordered from there a few times. Every time I think it can't be as bad as I remember, but every time I am wrong. Maybe I'm just not ordering the right thing?
