Esquina Cantina is inside the historic Round Corner Hotel and Bar building. My husband and I ate one meal on their outdoor patio. Our waiter made a couple of mistakes but corrected them. We really liked our guacamole, tostadas, quesadilla, beans, rice, and non-alcoholic drink. The tacos had excellent tortillas, but my husband did not like the carne-asada meat.

Very unique atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great service. Food was good. Parking is a bit tough. Had to park 2 blocks away. Plenty of GF and Dairy free options.

(esquina cantina review) came here for a work dinner since we also had a gluten free teammate; works with a lot of dietary restrictions so this was a good choice. the oyster mushroom tacos are vegan and tasty 😋

The tacos were excellent, as well as the margaritas, and the service was fantastic. Great atmosphere, with good music in the background. Highly recommended if you're ever in the area.

For anyone visiting from outside the city/state, this place is a MUST for food and drinks. I came here with very low expectations as I’m used to fine mexican dining cuisine, but this place blew my mind! The dishes were so tasty, perfectly proportioned and just delicious. My boyfriend, who’s mexican and myself ended up ordering 3 rounds of plates because the food was just so good. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place and I 200% recommend it for anyone in the area.

Meal portions were good but appetizers were small. We got one to share amongst 4 people (loaded papas fritas) and we wish it was bigger. I thought the food itself was average to above average but not great. Drinks were very delicious and strong! I had a La Cantina Mango margarita and Sangria Blanco, loved them both! Pretty small place but trendy and service was good.

Two Mezcal Negronis cost me $40 last night…down the street at Mezcal they cost $7 a drink and they’re better at Mezcal. I paid a lot more for the exact thing, why?

The waiter was pushy and unwelcoming. The enchiladas were extremely bland, but tacos were ok. The outdoor area is nice if it wasn’t for the poor attitude of the waiter.
