Royal Caribbean Takeout & Delivery

I am visiting from Virginia. My brother brought me brown stew chicken (with extra gravy on the side), peas and rice, collard greens and a side of macaroni and cheese. This is the “best” meal I’ve had. The greens were kick in’.
I am taking the leftovers home. to enjoy.

The food is alright. You guys canceled on me when I made an online order for oxtails in the morning. no call or explanation. just rude service.
why have a restaurant open early in the morning if you’re not going to do your job?
It’s ok because I will never order from this restaurant again. there are better Caribbean places in pittsburgh.

Epic Jamaican food. Hands down best outside of Brooklyn-Queens. Been coming here since moving to pgh & Royal’s jerk chicken & oxtail’s been my saving grace. Flavors are on point. Best Caribbean food in pgh. Caribbean grocery store next door too.

Food was great honestly the best in Pittsburgh but the customer service was horrible had to ring a bell and yell for service and some lady behind the counter caught an attitude when I was asking simple questions about the food

Ordered a large catering order for an office lunch and everything turned out delicious! The food was prepared very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and order again!

Brown fish stew fish was decent but the plantains I got were very dry and starchy- the frozen Goya ones I get from Giant Eagle are much better. The rice and peas were also very bland with no spices- I can make better rice and peas myself at home. My friends ate the oxtail, cabbage, and plantains and described the oxtail as mid and were also disappointed with the plantains. Maybe they just didn’t have any ripe plantains the day I went? Some photos of other reviews look like people have had better plantains…

So little food for $20 jerk chicken was very dry and the beans was super dry just a waste of money if you ask me… I did order a side of spicy Mac and it was ok I guess smh… $20 dollars for a drumstick with a little sauce…

YEESSSSS WOW ok this is my first time ordering from R.C. T.D. and I will say this the first impression is the one that lasts and I will tell you I will be back for more because the first impression has burned straight to the Bone the food is good the presentation of the food is good the amount of food is super Almighty the taste of the food is awesome even though I'm not a spicy food eater I can still eat this food and survive I'm loving it all these years I've gone past this restaurant and I live up the road from them this is my first time ordering from them I am ashamed and I apologize to Royal Caribbean for taking so long patronize you I've been supporting all of our other black businesses you are now added to my list I understand there are negative reviews because of negative experiences but there will always be good and bad in life through everything sometimes you get the good on one day sometimes you get the bad on one day that should be totally understood my name is Randy and I approve this message if Royal Caribbean was running for president I would vote for them TRUSS N BLESS to Jah for you all keep up the good work and don't give up just understand your customers we're all different but I'm definitely coming back for more THANK YOU. I ? doing reviews!!! They got the right 1 today ? ok so I went to the other Caribbean restaurant around the corner originally but they were crowded unfortunately, so I decided to call this spot & order my food before I got there knowing they were probably gona be busy 1st off they charge you $2 to use ur card so I am glad I had cash so my change was only a few cents so I told her to keep it she very rudely threw the change into the tip jar & I felt offended like dang I bet if it was bills she wouldn’t have thrown it in there like that… matter of fact I wouldn’t have thrown it in MY spare change jar at home like that TF ??‍♀️we are always expected as black people to support each other business’s but when we do we are served with attitude customer service is EVERYTHING!!!! I spoke to a older gentleman before I got my food who I believe is the owner so he quickly changed my way of perceiving the cashier cuz she rubbed me the wrong way before I even got thru the door then after he left she did that with the change I’m like NO that is HER personality to my surprise there was two other customers who were dissatisfied with her as well I would have felt better dropping that change in my car door. also they could have told me their Mac & cheese is spicy ? I brought it for my 3 yr old ? EVERYONE DOESN’T EAT SPICY FOOD.
