My wife and I stopped here after going on a long bike ride. We sat there for close to 20 minutes when the manager heard me explaining to my wife that I was not going to give them a great review. At that point we did get service and the manager was very nice but I don't feel someone that should have to sit there that long being ignored because they're carrying motorcycle helmets. The place seemed nice enough the food was pretty good with decent pricing however I haven't been back and probably will not go back.

Rum Runners is a North Hills staple. For all the times I've been here, I can't say I've had a bad meal. I also can't say I remember any of the meals I've had. That's at least one-third due to the food being fairly run-of-the-mill, and maybe two-thirds because they have a pretty nice beer/cocktail selection and usually something(s) on special. Maybe it's half-and-half, I probably should re-calibrate here. Overall, there's a good time to be had here.

Seated ourselves in an empty dining room. Waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge us. Waitress was nice, but they were out of the sandwich I ordered. Food was good though.

This is a great place with a relaxing atmosphere. Food and drinks were good and at reasonable prices. I really like the different floors, each with a different vibe. A fun Girls Night Out, even for us older ladies! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely return.

The food here was disgusting. We went on a Tuesday night, were the only ones there besides a few people at the bar, and the service was terrible. I ordered the Pittsburgh wrap and could not even eat it. Instead of steak, it had this weird smelling pink type of meat that was definitely not steak. The smell itself made me sick. I will never go back.

The staff was accommodating and super friendly. The food was great. It would've been 5 stars but the general manager made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Taking back all of the hospitality that the staff did for us and our friends birthday. She was rude and unprofessional while the staff was curtious and sweet.

Overall pretty nice! They have an upstairs space with opening windows which is nice for warmer days. The beer selection is pretty standard. I'm more of a beer drinker so not sure about mixed drinks. I have yet to try the food.

Terrible, stay away! Under new management since they opened and the new management is awful. What has suffered the most is the menu. The food used to be amazing and the menu selection was very large. Portion sizes were great as well. Now today, they hype their "new menu!" like it's the greatest thing but it's truly awful. Burger selection is pathetic, wings are tiny scraps, flat breads should be in the appetizer section because they are tiny now (why bother bringing them back), their sauces are super bland and they raised all their prices. I've gotten better, cheaper food at the local dive bar. Management could care less when you complain. Really a shame because again, when they opened, the place was awesome.

Attended an event early in the week and was pleasantly surprised by the service. Food from the much improved menu hit the spot and drink specials were great. I really enjoy the evening atmosphere here, especially when upstairs has its windows open. Will def be back for their smoked wings

Went there this past Friday for dinner and to watch the Pens playoff game. We sat downstairs because the upstairs was packed. There were only two waitresses staffed for the entire downstairs! Not all of the tables were filled but there was a very large group of almost 20 in the mix. We were seated and asked for water which we didn't receive for about 20 minutes. The trend continued for the rest of the night and we personally saw at least two tables leave before ordering. We were finally served our entrées an hour and a half after being seated. The food was good, I've got nothing to say about it. I overheard one of the waitresses explain to another table that there were only four cooks that night. Clearly there are some serious staffing/management issues. We will likely not be going back.

The chicken plank dinner is fabulous. It's tender and deliscous. The portions are enormous.
