Yes, the food was superlative. However, I want to give a shout out to Greg and the wait staff who took care of my party when I hosted a guys' night out, 10 days ago. Greg was attentive and informative. Somehow, he and the other staff members seemed to know when a glass of wine needed to be poured or another cocktail needed to be ordered. While Greg and company were attentive, they were never overbearing or pushy. Thanks to the wait staff, a good time was had by all (a cliche, I know).

We had a reservation and had to wait for our table. And still didn't get the booth we requested. We sat at our table for 15 minutes without even getting water. We waited another 15 minutes to get the drinks we ordered and still didn't get to order our food. We've eaten at Ruth's Chris around the country. This is not up to the standard expected for a Ruth's Chris or for the money spent. Horrible experience

My husband and I live in VA but travel to Pittsburgh at least once a year to attend a football game. We decided to book Ruth’s Chris last weekend because we were heading to Pittsburgh and it so happened to be our 10 year anniversary week. Everything was amazing! We had the crab cakes entree, stuffed split chicken breast and of course a few sides. They even presented us with the prettiest dessert for no charge. The portions were huge and it was literally the best meal we have ever had. I can’t stress it enough - AMAZING! Will definitely go back the next time we’re in town.
My brother and I visited Ruth Chris in January few months after moving from Oklahoma. If I'm being honest wasn't the best experience. But as one would expect the owner Scott has sice spoke to my brother and is absolutely the kind, hardworking representative of the Ruth Chris that we are accustomed too. Thank you Scott for listening and caring enough to speak with my brother and we hope to see you over the holiday season!

Parking: Downtown Pittsburgh location surrounded by numerous parking garages. They will comp your parking if you park in the ppg place parking .

First time experience for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was outstanding. We both got the ribeye and it just melts in your mouth. Service was great, food was amazing and we will definitely be back as well as recommend to family and friends! 10/10 experience.

We went for a celebratory dinner for our anniversary. Everything was fabulous. We were given a complimentary desert too. Greg, our server was fantastic. One of the staff, Warren helped make the evening special with his warmth and bright disposition.

From the host station to the server team to the food, everything was 1st class. The crab cakes were delicious, and the ribeye was the best steak that I have ever enjoyed. We have been there before and enjoyed the filet, but the ribeye was another level of flavor.

I went to the location in Memphis out of sheer frustration over the crappy service everywhere else. We were underdressed and unhappy... until we walked in. We were treated like absolute royalty from the first second. Sonya was our server, and was truly caring and exceptional in every way I could imagine. The food, of course, was amazing, but the entire staff made my visit the saving grace of my time in an otherwise overall craphole of a city.
