Super expensive. They do not offer any substitutions on their menu (even removing things for allergies) so be mindful of that. For a grilled cheese and fries it was $30. Food was average. We had a reservation and they put us on a high top table. We asked for a booth due to it being hard to get up on a high top and they said no. Three booths were open the entire time we ate. Would not come back here.

I am a bartender/server, and “Jay D,” according to the check, because she didn't even present herself, gave us the worst service I have ever experienced. She was rude and didn’t even make eye contact while we were speaking to her. We interacted with her three times in total, and not once did she make us feel welcome or give off a pleasant vibe. Our coffee arrived when we were already halfway through our food. At the end, when she returned with our card, she simply handed it to us and said, ‘Here you go,’ without any acknowledgment or courtesy. It genuinely felt like she didn’t care about our experience at all. As someone in the industry, I understand how important hospitality is, and this was beyond disappointing.

We went for a pre show brunch. It was hard to decide what to order because everything sounded so good. Everything was delicious. Food, coffee, cocktails. Portions were more than enough. We could t even finish everything...staff was friendly and we never felt rushed. Vibe was very fun and eclectic. The only disappointment was we wanted to have the Giant Cinnamon rolls to go and they were already sold out so we will def be back and order those early!!

Got a super delicous coffee here! The interior is really cool and eclectic too! Besides the cinnamon roll, the food was a huge miss for us. My husband got a yogurt and granola where there was barely any yogurt and it was mostly toppings. I got a creme brulee french toast that was pretty inedidble. It looked good but it was so soggy and disappointing for the price we paid. I had very high hopes for here while visiting the area and it fell short unfortunately

Creative and delicious coffees, excellent breakfast and brunch menu. Service is outstanding. Love coming here and highly recommend it. It's best to make a reservation so you don't risk not getting a table.

visiting Pittsburgh, Sally Ann's came highly recommended. We had breakfast there two days in a row, midweek, brunch. First day the food was awesome. Server was quick to the table but coffee took for-ever to get to us. On a cold December morning, while you are traveling, coffee is extremely important!
Food arrived, presentation was beautiful. We sat in a booth for privacy and coziness. Everything tasted great. We weren't rushed and they certainly were not in a rush either.
Second day, little disappointed. I ordered the same breakfast. It was barely warm. Coffee took twice as long to get to us (I'm talking a good 15 mins if not more). This place is not big and there weren't many people inside, they were just taking their time.
Very laid back, comfortable and unique restaurant.
If I am in Pittsburgh again would I return? Probably.

LET ME TELL YOU! This little place is a gem. I could not resist taking a bite of their take on a hash brown before I took this photo and baby… It is everything and more. Crispy salty and delicious on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. The entire meal was farm to table and prepared to order. I got their seasonal coffee to go and asked for it scalding hot so it would keep warm on my walk back to my hotel and they did not fail to deliver. Treat yo’ self to breakfast at Sally Ann’s. You won’t be disappointed.
