Try to eat there when I can ..love the chicken salad sandwich. Old school atmosphere...love it.

Nice bar with a diverse clientele, and you have to try the famous Corned Beef Special!! They have a good variety of sandwiches, and fresh soup daily!!! Eat in or take out
It has been 30 years since I've been to this place and I have been dying to get back there. Today was the day and it didn't disappoint. The sandwich was just as amazing as I remember. The pickle was massive. And the staff was so welcoming. Get the corn beef special sandwich sandwich it is to die for.
If I'm downtown on a weekday afternoon and want a beer I swing by Sammy's. The food is great and it's always a good time talking with the Bartender. It's a good old school bar for anyone looking for a sandwich, cold beer, and some potential conversation.
I've loved this place for nearly 20 years. Great location, dive bar feel, great staff and cheap drink specials.

The sandwiches are pretty good, but too small in size to justify price $10.50! It is never good to order food somewhere, and to still be hungry after eating it! I wanted a sandwich, not an horderve!
