I delivered a load of water and it was so nice to have a bathroom and a fireplace in the bathroom and a nice cup of coffee. Priceless.

Just so you all know. They leave their bakery products uncovered and out all night long. You know how many fly larvae youre eating. This is gross and disgusting. My next call is to the health department see what they have to say.
They close at 8:30pm, don't drive up the mountain of it's getting late.

Just had a terrible experience at this Sam's Club. My family (my mother, my 2 sisters, my favorite Aunt, and I) have been loyal Sam's Club members for the past 10+ years, but I will never set foot in a Sam's Club again.

Customer service is incredibly poor. We purchased a lift chair from Sam's that did not work. When we spoke with the manager about a return, repair, or replacement he said that's not my problem and said deal with the manufacturer. After trying to do just that, unsuccessfully, we had to resort to a chargeback to dispute the charge. Incredibly unhelpful - we just wanted what we paid for. Costco's will get out business in the future.
I bought a new groupon sams club membership..drove over to the mt nebo store after work being closer.ya have to take your phone in and proove that you bought your membership to show the cust svc people..they said they couldnt help me and that i needed some kind of #s.so i got what they needed went back and the dingy blonde behind the desk said i (dont know how)..im like if you dont know how..how am i supposed too?..was ready to give up..until i went to the pgh mills sams and they got things straight!! Finally. Since then ive had pleasant exp with the gas savings and the bulk food savings esp dog treats and dog food!!..thanks sams club i do like your stores
@heather.....I sooo understand that is almost as annoying as the xxx small ppl that congregate in the middle exclaiming loudly how they haven't seen one another in ages....who cares right? (Sarcasm)
