This place has the best cookies, gelato, and ice cream ever! My husband and I are from out of state and every time we visit Pittsburgh, Sam’s is the first place we go in the strip. The gentleman that runs it is named Dave and he’s so kind and friendly. Thank you Dave for the wonderful service and sweet treats! We will always return and are customers for life.
Sam’s in the Strip is a must stop for a delicious ice cream cone, milkshake, which you can add a cookie to, if you’d like to treat yourself all the way, or a healthier choice of many smoothies to choose from. Dave, the owner, is one of the good guys, who’s always friendly and working his hardest to provide you with a source to satisfy your craving of a well earned treat, while experiencing one of the best areas in Pittsburgh.Dr. Robert Kreashko
We went all the way to try their famous ice cream. Good thing we’re able to grab some before their closing hours. The guy is friendly and nice. Their ice cream is so creamy and taste really good.
