Good ice cream and fair prices. Nice employees. However the number of screaming children who enter without a parent makes me not bother. They leave behind literal dirt, spilled ice cream and napkins everywhere.
It bothers me to leave this review because I love Scoops...but I just had the worst milkshake I've ever had in my life. I don't know if it was too much milk or not enough ice cream but it was pretty bad. It didn't taste that great and it wasn't thick at all. For $7, I expect it to be one of the best I've ever had. I think maybe the employees need to be re-trained on milkshake making. ☹️

Arrived just before closing the Girls were so kind and nice to take our order, Loved your selection of choices I got the Banana Cream Pie w/some coconut flavored ice cream it was so delicious! Was worth the late treat and it was freezing outside but still craved some ice cream 😋
An amazing ice cream place opened late. Stopped by for some late night ice cream right before close and they were lovely enough to serve up several more people who also came in after us. The different chocolate flavors were all amazing.
