And for other customers, please support my cousin Laura! She has 50 different ice cream flavors, there's lots of toppings including m&ms, whipped cream and marshmallow fluff, sprinkles, hot fudge, Reese's pieces and more! Homade waffle cones and so much more!
I asked for the triple scoop bowl. She gives generous scoops too! Blue Moon, Blue Panda and Playdough ice cream with marshmallow fluff, whipped cream and m&ms. Delicious! Please support her

So many flavors, it was heaven! Staff was so nice, and helpful. Laura, who I asked her name for this review was beyond great in customer service. That matters a lot to my wife and I.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Staff stated “Anyone can create any coupon on the internet, and I don't believe it.”

I recently visited this Scoops on the Boulevard with a valid Dining Advantage coupon, I bought and used a coupon from dining advantage previously in this store.
However, my experience this time was nothing short of disappointing. The employee at the counter was incredibly rude and refused to accept the coupon, despite it being valid and authorized for the location. His reasoning? He claimed, "Anyone can create any coupon on the internet, and I don't believe it."

I explained that I’ve used the same coupon at this store before without any issue, but he remained adamant, stating, "I don’t believe this one," and even suggested I try elsewhere. It's frustrating because the Dining Advantage coupon, along with the address, was specifically for this store.

Customer service is key to any business, and sadly, this place fell short in that regard this time esp the said employee.

The staff were nice and friendly! The ice creams are good. I would say this place has normal ice cream flavors. There are a few that are a creation, and the rest are basic. I also saw some m&m cookies there and I had to try them, they were good, they reminded me of the chips ahoy candy blast, flavors were pretty similar.

Pretty straight forward ice cream shop. Wish they had a few tables outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream.

I love going here for ice cream, but over the last year the owner has gotten very money hungry which has made me come here less, if even at all. Prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. It doesn’t make any sense. The staff are always friendly and kind though.
