I went there with my son and my bf today, the prices were so reasonable and Laura was so helpful and kind!! We stayed for a few hours while our clothes were in the laundromat across the street, she made us feel welcomed the whole time!! I had the Graveyard Dirt and it was delicious! Great flavors, great employee!!🖤

I am visibly pregnant, came in for ice-cream and needing the bathroom and a long line in front of me. No other bathrooms around the area. When I asked, teenager behind the counter said employees only. I said can you please make an exception I’m pregnant, she said let me check, walks away for 5 minutes to continue making a takeout container (I can see she didn’t even talk to anyone), then walks back and says no. Sorry, but I would never do that and I can only assume she thought she might be fired for letting me into the back. Not going to support this business.

Huge selection of flavors. Fast and friendly, great place to stop after dinner, grabbed some ice cream and took a walk on Brookline blvd!

Amazing selections of ice cream flavors. They have milk shakes, Sundays, and slushies. They also have baked goods, and fridges full of drinks and frozen treats. The people there are nice and it is a very clean place.

TONS of flavors here, all delicious! A great spot to get a cone.

I asked for the triple scoop bowl. She gives generous scoops too! Blue Moon, Blue Panda and Playdough ice cream with marshmallow fluff, whipped cream and m&ms. Delicious! Please support her

So many flavors, it was heaven! Staff was so nice, and helpful. Laura, who I asked her name for this review was beyond great in customer service. That matters a lot to my wife and I.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Staff stated “Anyone can create any coupon on the internet, and I don't believe it.”

I recently visited this Scoops on the Boulevard with a valid Dining Advantage coupon, I bought and used a coupon from dining advantage previously in this store.
However, my experience this time was nothing short of disappointing. The employee at the counter was incredibly rude and refused to accept the coupon, despite it being valid and authorized for the location. His reasoning? He claimed, "Anyone can create any coupon on the internet, and I don't believe it."

I explained that I’ve used the same coupon at this store before without any issue, but he remained adamant, stating, "I don’t believe this one," and even suggested I try elsewhere. It's frustrating because the Dining Advantage coupon, along with the address, was specifically for this store.

Customer service is key to any business, and sadly, this place fell short in that regard this time esp the said employee.

The staff were nice and friendly! The ice creams are good. I would say this place has normal ice cream flavors. There are a few that are a creation, and the rest are basic. I also saw some m&m cookies there and I had to try them, they were good, they reminded me of the chips ahoy candy blast, flavors were pretty similar.
