If you like Puerto Rican food (or never had it before) this is the place to go. The pollo guisado stew was so rich, savory-flavorful (think tomato, pepper, lemon, bay leaf, garlic, maybe some cumin flavor; hard to describe exactly the flavor). You get three sides with it too. I got tostones (nice and crispy), Yuca fries (these are good but get some of the garlic sauce with them next time) and sliced avocado. I'd recommend rice and beans with this for a real treat. The people working there were really nice too. Always love trying dishes here and recommend to check them out if you're over near Homestead.

The Guisado de Pollo was great. If you love plantains, they were amazing here. We got a bottle of wine from the corner store and had a lovely time. Reminds me of Grandma's kitchen when she's frying up all her peppers at once. Limited seating, but they do takeout too.

We ordered a bunch of different items and the next bite was better than the previous every time. I'm so happy to have a top notch PR restaurant in the neighborhood

The Pollo Guisado is some of the best chicken I've had in my life
Ended up getting steak with chimichurri. The steak itself was a little overcooked for me, I like it medium rare, but that might be how it’s supposed to be made for Puerto Rican food. The chimichurri sauce was excellent. The Yucca fries were delicious as well as the red beans. I really liked the Mofongo as you could taste the garlic and plantains perfectly. Also try the fried sweet plantains which were delicious. Definitely recommend.

I have never had Puerto Rican food before, so I can't compare it directly to any other Puerto Rican restaurants, but if they were all this good, I would eat out a lot more. The food here was incredible, their chicken stew may be the best I've ever eaten.

Best Caribbean food in the city. Secretos is a casual format (order on kiosks, open seating) with friendly staff and delicious food. The portions and pricing would make me recommend Secretos even if the food was just okay, but I am happy to say the food is excellent as well.

I asked for more napkins and the young kid said he gave me enough. 2 Napkins, terrible service.
