I want to like this place more than I do. So much about it is excellent: location, atmosphere, space design, service, but the food is just not as good as it could be. The one exception is their fries, so if that's a craving, I might stop in again.

There is little validated data on this specific name / location in Karachi, which suggests it may be a lesser-known spot, or perhaps the name is slightly different locally.

Because of the lack of information, the ambience and menu contents are essentially unknown — this means it could be variable.

For Sunday afternoon lunch, this was the perfect spot. Apps were amazing, cauliflower, truffle fries, and the Portabella tacos-10/10. Bar service was great, and drinks were well made. Definitely a go to spot for the future!

Some of the best apps I have had in a long time. I had the cauliflower, truffle fries, and the Portabella taco. Everything was amazing !!! They have excellent ranch dressing and the Horseradish sauce for the cauliflower was absolutely delicious.

Lauren is the best! She was so kind to us and very friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us excellent recommendations! We enjoyed the jalapeño popper dip, grilled cheese and the FGBLT! We had a great time!

My wife and I first visited Shady Grove two months ago while moving our daughter into college. That visit was positive enough that we looked forward to coming back with her. Unfortunately, our return during Family Weekend was a major letdown.

We were told there would be a 45-minute wait. We waited about 35 minutes, even though multiple tables sat empty in plain sight. When we were finally seated upstairs, there were even more open tables, which made the long wait feel unnecessary and frustrating.

Our server, AJ, was friendly, but service was disorganized from the start. When our meals arrived, we had no napkins, no silverware, and part of my entrée missing. After pointing this out, AJ returned several minutes later with one set of silverware for two people. A few minutes later, he came back with a single fork, assuring us he’d “keep looking” for a knife. That knife never came. We shared what little we had so we could at least eat our food.

Throughout the meal, there were no water refills, and no offer of another drink. When the bill came, AJ let us know he had taken 10% off my salad (less than $2) as compensation. Given the number of problems, that gesture felt inadequate.

To be fair, the food itself was good. But the service was so poor that it completely overshadowed the meal. With so many other restaurants in the area, we have no reason to return, which is a shame, because we’re loyal customers when we find a place worth sticking with.

We kicked off our southern road trip with a visit to this adorable little spot, and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and comforting in all the right ways. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which instantly set the tone for the rest of our journey. It was the perfect first stop, and I’m so glad we found it! If you’re ever in the area, definitely worth checking out. 🌟🍴
