Me and my boys came into the shahs Oakland location late from a basketball game and i instantly knew by the smell it was finna be a banger. I met a worker named Ahmed there and was honestly the most hardworking and welcoming worker I’ve met. Told me a little bit about his experience working there and made the environment fun and friendly. Real talk give that boy a raise we need to recognize more hard workers like him. Food 5 ⭐️ and service from my guy Ahmed 11/10!!

TRASHHHH! gyros almost never comes with tzatziki. menu is terribly described. ordered an hour ago only for them to accept/send away 2 drivers and then cancel. prices are great but everything else is questionable.

I absolutely love this restaurant hands down one of my favorite places to eat. Every time I come here, the food is fresh, flavorful, and always prepared with care. Ordered food for pick here tonight , came in 30 mins and the food was not ready, I ordered the rice over chicken and lamb combo, did not receive the lamb and my food was sprayed with pepper sauce and as well added a bunch of flat bread to my dish , im not sure what is going on with shah halal but please get better cooks. The food was also not tasting. So disappointing.

This place is a godsend for people who work night shift, or just night owls in general. Their food is always so good, from the vegetables being cold and crisp, to the meats being hot, Juicy and packed with flavor. I also say it’s definitely one of the best falafel gyros that I’ve had in recent memory. Always two lines of white sauce one line of green one line of red.
