I was treated to a large birthday party here, and the staff did a great job. The food was awesome, and there were options for everyone. Convenient parking, and a great location on Mt. Washington. Working through all the planning, the staff was

Parking: Decent sized lot, might be full on busy times. Street Parking out front.

Party of 4 went for dinner on a very cold Thursday night in January. Got there around 5:30pm, so the place was pretty empty. Filled up later. Service was very friendly. Each of us had a drink - I had the Moscow Mule which was very nice. Also had the pierogies and totchoes, both from the Happy Hour menu, and they were very filling. Others had the Three Rivers Salad, Cauliflower Tacos, and the Cheese Steak. Everyone loved their food. At the end, we shared the strawberry cheesecake pierogies and the chocolate cake desserts. Everything was delicious. Total including tips and taxes came to around 35$ per person, which is pretty good considering how much food we had. The restaurant has its own parking lot too.

Vegetarian options: There are salad options. One friend had the cauliflower tacos and really liked them too. I think my totchoes and pierogies must have been vegetarian too, and they were absolutely delicious.

Parking: Around 15 spots in the parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Saw a kid having Mac and cheese. The family was having a good time.

We rewarded ourselves with a nice dinner after a trek up the Incline. Great atmosphere, friendly and accommodating server. Pierogies, crabcakes, fish tacos were all delicious plus the kitchen got our special requests right!

The staff has always been lovely; professional, considerate, cordial and easy going. Also love that it doesn't attract a rowdy crowd. Wonderful atmosphere where you can have a convo without yelling. Over the last year though, the food has remained costly while the quality has not kept up. I'm sorry, but they got rid of classics, i.e., nachos, breaded/fried cauliflower, Caesar salad (they just brought the latter back). I just ordered the chicken "wings" which was like 3 wings and 3 legs (I HATE the legs) The legs were not fresh and they tasted stale or overcooked. The music is not on par with the crowd; more access to a jukebox please! They need to freshen up the menu, change it seasonally and upgrade the chef. This joint is riding on it's original reputation from 2-3 years ago and it needs a reset and I say this with love because I detest chains and crappy franchises.

Chose this place for our anniversary dinner. Overall it was a pleasant night. Few minor complaints were things like music being too loud on the deck, being out of a few beers and our server was, well... If anyone orders the Chipotle black bean burger, be sure to use a knife and fork. You cannot hold this sandwich without it falling apart. And if you ask for the $3 vegan bacon on it, you may not get it. And with no itemized receipt, I'm not sure if we were charged for it. My wife would have an entirely different review as her experience was 100% positive.

Parking: Parking available for Shiloh Customers in the side lot - it's tight for larger vehicles but doable. There's also a parking garage nearby
