If you’re reading this, you’re so lucky. And that’s because you know about Showcase Barbecue. You better run down sooner than I do because they will run out. Absolutely terrific spot. Perfectly tangy sauce. And their turkey ribs? I love to eat their food, it is a highlight of any day.
They were not ready to serve customers upon their stated opening hours. 3 stars given due to the fact that the green beans and pork ribs were ok. Usually the turkey ribs are the star but not this time. As per usual the sides are inconsistent in flavor and overall recipe.Tuesday 11/11/25 that Mac and cheese was dry not sure if it was old, overcooked or prepared by wrong person. Yams were bland and hubby was supposed to have potatoe salad but got tuna macaroni so can't tell...
The best Bbq I’ve had from a restaurant. The food was so good and extra tip was applied. I’m not from Pittsburgh but I’m a bus operator who drives 3-5 a week here. I will be a frequent customer from now on great jobs to the cooks.
