Sieb's Pub & Restaurant Reviews
We wanted an Irish atmosphere for St. Patrick's Day I found this place online. sad to say. The entertainment was a .seedy looking man with the worst voice ever singing what was supposed to be Irish music, or should I say, screaming it.
It was very crowded, naturally, but the service was very good. We had an appetizer and drinks, one each for the 4 of us. When the food arrived the fish was good but the fries were horrible. Change the oil once in a while, please! My husbands...read full review

Sieb's Pub & Restaurant in the North Hills is a favorite spot known for its Irish menu and consistent great service. The family-friendly atmosphere welcomes guests, offering a relaxed experience with short wait times. While the fish fry on Fridays is a hit, some were surprised by the sweet potato fries with cinnamon and sugar. Despite tight parking, the amazing service and delicious food make it a top choice for groups, with one retired group giving it 10 gold stars for accommodating their needs and leaving everyone raving about their meals. Recent visitors have praised the quick, friendly service, noting that staff even wrote thank you on the takeout boxes. The food, including the crab cake sandwich, is seasoned well and unfried, complemented perfectly by sweet potato fries. The pub specializes in old school comfort and traditional Irish fare, with a pub side featuring a few TV screens and a more formal, well-lit dining room. The Irish selection, including an Irish Flight with Guinness, Harp, Smithwick's, and Jameson, is impressive. Prices are very reasonable, and the neighborhood vibe adds to the charm. Overall, the staff is attentive, and the atmosphere makes it a welcoming place for groups and individuals alike.
