Truly fine-dining experience without the overblown prices. Not cheap but you get outstanding quality and presentation for the price! Chef Chris and his team are absolutely on point! Their Sirloin and Paella are absolutely worth it and exceptionally tasty... and the sirloin is NOT sour-bided, yet blows a filet out of the water if you ask me!
Great restaurant. Loved the tomato salad, cod and pork shoulder entrees. Homemade vanilla bourbon ice cream was delicious and super generous portion.
Pre theater dining mid week. They have an extensive bar menu, limited food menu. Had G& T's & found out it was a 1 ounce pour... Loved the brioche with Wagyu & fois gras mousse. Came as 3 pieces. Would suggest an even number for even number of diners at the table. Delicious! We shared a small plate of green & wax beans with Dungeness crab which was delicious but left us wondering where's the crab? We shared the black cod with shrimp large plate which was absolutely fabulous but needed to trust the chef on this one as the cod was extremely lightly cooked. Total bill with tip upwards of $200 so very pricey for a quick meal!
Wonderful meal from beginning to end! My wife and I shared the Duck confit, Wagyu steak and Cabbage dishes. All were exceptional and I'd recommend each of them! Service was friendly and attentive. And the mini glass of champagne at the start of the meal was an unexpected touch! Will return again!
Our 1st visit to this restaurant. The food and service were outstanding, thoughtfully prepared, presented and extremely tasty. Drinks were good.We will return. Only comment is that this is an expensive place but one pays for quality of this kind!
Absolutely delicious, the canapés were outstanding!

This might be a 'your mileage may vary' situation. I found the flavors on the menu to be quite dark - bitter, burnt/roasted, dragged down. There was no balance or brightness. I would not go back to for dinner again. The desserts, however, were excellent. Go for the desserts!

We had a wonderful dinner at Siempre Algo and should not have waited this long to go. Chef Brian and staff have created an unpretentious yet refined experience.
Ambience-small, intimate and warm.
Service-comfortable and familiar yet extremely adept. Our server did a great job at anticipating needs and planning our 5 tasting plates out. The only criticism I have in this regard is the lack of actual menus. I don’t like being on my phone scrolling and with such an extensive wine list it’s tough to read through. I also think the level of service is such that a paper menu is needed to match it.
Food- Amazing. I’ve been bored with Pittsburgh food and this was such a welcome change. The ingredients are local when possible and high quality. Plates are well- thought out, creative and seasonal. The summer bean and crab salad was a standout on a hot summer evening.
Additionally, almost the entire menu was GF and they also had an exceptional GF focaccia.
Value- On par and probably a bit less expensive than other restaurants of this quality.
I absolutely would recommend this place and look forward to going back.

Always an excellent meal with fantastic service and an excellent wine list. Remains one of our favorites in Pittsburgh
Siempre Algo is a gem. The ambience and service are unpretentious but refined. Our server didn't miss a beat, and the gesture of a welcome glass of Blanc De Blanc is so simple but sets the tone for the well-thought out meal and experience to come. The food is straightforward in its ingredients but complex in flavors and creativity. For example we had a dish that was totally unsuspecting but was a showstopper - a cold bean and lobster salad. So simple but the seasonal, fresh ingredients on a hot summer evening were perfect. Can't wait to go back

I had halibut that was prepared perfectly even if i didn’t love the flavors, vegan girlfriend had a roasted cabbage that she was nice enough to share a few bites of and it blew my mind! So delicious! Didn’t think I’d ever say that about cabbage but here we are.

It's been on our list for a while and a friend recently highly recommended. We had a fantastic experience and meal. We started with a drink at the bar, and then made our way to a table. We loved the wine selection and had the caviar, duck pate (smoked provolone was amazing as was the baguette), wagyu, halibut, chocolate / peanut butter dessert and huckleberry crème brûlée! The atmosphere is awesome too! Only slight complaint was our app and meals came out before our server asked if we wanted a cocktail or wine. We will be back though!!!
We had a fantastic dinner here. Gluten-free options were considerable for my daughter, even bread! Service was exceptional.
Fabulous! Chef is doing some of the best work in the burg! The Japanese A5 steak is absolutely amazing.
