My family and I went here to get dinner. They sat us down and we didn’t get any menus to begin with so my sister got us menus. It was very busy but the waiter was awful he didn’t check on us we waited 1 hour and 1/2 for our food and my family liked their food but my sister and I ordered gluten free pasta it was not cooked it was raw. We asked for the manager he never came over to our table or apologized my sister went over to him and talked to him he ordered us new meals and he gave our meals for free. But my sister and I got the second meal which was pasta and again the pasta was raw. I was so upset I left. The waiter was awful! Not one apology was offered from the waiter to the manager! I would suggest they hire a new cook since they have no idea how to cook pasta. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

I was impressed by the speed in which our meal was served. We had less than an hour until an improv show and I got a chicken sandwich, which was pretty decent. Decor was lovely, I hope next time that the roof deck is open next time!

Recently had an event here and was appalled at the service. The host had paid for a full bar only to then be told that one waitress would be waiting on the entire party of 50+ people. Despite her best efforts we found ourselves waiting 30+ minutes for a drink repeatedly. Food was freezing cold. Would not recommend an event here to anyone. Wish I could give less than 1 star for service.

I would never host an event here ever again. I had my welcome party for my wedding here and Jonathan the events coordinator did the absolute bare minimum. He was extremely hard to reach the first few times. We discussed having a bar tender and hot food. There was no bar tender set up and the food was not on hot plates so got cold very quick, The group was extremely patient with the staff because we knew it wasn’t their fault. It place a lot of extra work on the staff and created many problems. I felt bad for the waitress who worked very hard. When I notified Jonathan he was extremely rude in his reply and said “out of my hands now”. Claiming it was my fault for having too many people. Never gave a response as to why he lied about the set up. It was extremely embarrassing to host an event here. We spent thousands of dollars for this event.

meat ball is tough to cut into. pasta is very overcooked. For the price, the food quality is below bar. The vibes were nice as this place has a roof top and is located in the cultural district. The cars that pass by do leave fumes that make the outdoors experience non-ideal.

If you like your pasta overcooked and bland, this is the place for you. Pizza was not all that… our pizzas were burnt and had random gobs of ricotta cheese which made it very hard to eat. I walked out of the restaurant mad; I hate dropping $230.00 for 4 people on a meal that was almost inedible.

How they managed to let a meatball sub leave the kitchen when the cheese on top wasn't even close to being melted is beyond me. The whole sub was ice cold. They replaced it of course but it still wasn't very good.

I enjoyed everything about this place except for the music. When you go somewhere that has most Italian themed dishes, you'd expect to have some Dean Martin or some Sinatra. Even postmodern Jukebox would have been great. But it was all country musicz and not even just country but breakup country song after breakup country song. It was extremely depressing when you're trying to celebrate a nice night together. That just doesn't fit the asthetic and doesn't fit the theming of the menu itself. It really honestly ruined the experience for us.
The chicken meatballs were really good. I ended up doing a bowl and really enjoyed that quite a bit. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but overall it was good. I just couldn't vibe well. But again, the breakup songs and sad country music just killed the whole vibe and night.

Il Tetto rooftop bar is a great warm weather spot to grab a drink. When the weather is nice, the rooftop is open for a gorgeous view.
I have a rare and often lied about allergy. I often have to deal with servers not believing me and staff refusing to accommodate because of this. This WAS NOT my experience at Sienna Mercato. I went for brunch and informed my server of my issue and the chef accommodated me beyond my expectations. Not only did I get the dish I wanted I got it with an on the spot change to be as similar as possible to the original. I have never experienced this before and will 100% be back. The chef went out of their way to make something new for me that was not used in another dish. Aside from this my partner got the eggs Benedict it was fantastic. I also got a mimosa and it was good a little strong for me but that is probably better bang for your buck!

Subpar service. No one person was truly serving. Took around 10 minutes before we even were approached to have our order taken after being seated. Food was spicy, even though after relooking at the menu it never states its spicy. Many of the servers were just lazily walking around while people not in actual attire were doing alot of the work, even when we still hadnt gotten our order taken or with low water. We were not very well served, and the menu was not descriptive enough about aspects of the food.
