I was here last night with a group of 14 for dinner. Our food took over 2 hours to get to our table. Hardly saw our server and had to go to the bar twice to order drinks. Then they refused to split the checks up (as initially requested) per couple. One person had to pay for all 14 people and we were stuck reimbursing the person who paid. The explanation given to us made no sense whatsoever. They obviously mishandled the ordering by everyone and didn’t want to bother fixing it. The service was horrendous and when it was addressed, we were basically just told to deal with it. This place is a total no go in the future. I recommend going anywhere in the city but this place.

Came here for the roof top xmas bar. The line was from the back of the building to the door. We asked people coming down if it was packed. They said no it's just the elevator that takes too long. There is no stairwell to this bar which is a fire hazard being that its at the top of a 3 story building and a complete inconvenience standing in line for a slow elevator. We left.

This place having ratings above 4 is extremely suspicious. My wife recently went there for a work event and said the food and overall vibe was terrible. I should’ve listened when she told me not to bother.

I visited this restaurant recently and I was like the only one there. Even still, I simply could not get the bartender to serve me at Tetto. They weren’t even busy. I eventually just gave up and left. It was a very bizarre interaction. I was literally awkwardly standing at the bar, essentially completely alone, for like 20 minutes and just wasn’t served.

The whole place just gave me really weird and bad vibes overall.

We loved our dinner @ SIenna Mercato! It was well- recommended by personnel @ our nearby hotel, & it did not disappoint. We dined on the Mezzo level, started with Benvolio Pinot Grigio & had the marinated beets salad & the most marvelous Hot Honey Soppressata pizza. My partner is a picky eater, who was so happy & satisfied with our dinner, so that always makes me happy. We will definitely return when we're in Pittsburgh.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Ordered the shepherd's pie. I received a plate of mash potatoes with a 1/4 cup of grease pooled in it. It contained no meat, no cheese, and no vegetables. Atrocious jailhouse level food.

My service was quick and friendly. The current seasonal meatball bowl (a Thanksgiving dinner bowl) is absolutely delicious, and their regular menu items are all excellent as well.

Just before the COVID pandemic we ate in Mezzo and absolutely loved it. The charcuterie platter was a very fond memory and I always resolved to return and have it again. Two weeks ago we did just that and were VERY disappointed. During our first visit we recalled that the platter included very nice pork cuts like pork belly, pate, and good smoked / cured ham. Two weeks ago we were served a platter that was basically lunch meats - cold cuts - including mortadella, prosciutto, and lunch meat ham. The cheeses were also deli variety and the platter was adorned with some random pickled stuff like onions and celery. The meager amount of bread that came with the platter was very plain and we had to ask for more. The service was the good part - the waiter was excellent. But the price, quality, and presentation of the platter left a lot to be desired. We won't return for the charcuterie and actually based on our experience probably won't return at all.

This restaurant was phenomenon. My colleagues and I had a great experience here. Their specialty is meatballs. They offer various scales of italian food and that is based on which floor you want to dine at. They even have a rooftop beergarden. We had their sandwiches and I got their meatball "meatball of the day" sandwich. The meatballs were your traditional breakfast mestballs. It was delicious with its sauce on the side. Their side of fries was delicious and alot to handle. It was very filling. I highly recommend coming here and trying their specialty. Its a well balanced, smooth, and delicious meal.

Extremely frustrated that they canceled my reservation for six people on a Saturday night with 24 hours notice.
