Good food but Asian lady at the front desk is rude and seems unappreciative..

My experience was fine up until I received the entree. I was served bad scallops which had a skunky amonia taste. We asked our server if he could try one and see what he thought, he refused to try them himself but brought them back to the chef who also did not taste them and said he didn't think they smelled rotten. Every other part of the dish was fine, but it's very concerning that nobody who prepared the food was willing to taste it when sent back, especially since I was concerned that they might make me sick. The entree itself was also a bit overpriced for what it was, but I would have rated four stars if it weren't for the bad seafood.

It was honestly disappointing. The pink lady roll had a fried shrimp in it and a mango sauce all over it. The only thing that roll possessed from a pink lady roll is just the pink soy wrapper. I chewed it and spit it out unfortunately. My coworker fed his general tsos to our work dog. I really wanted to like it but unfortunately it was subpar.

Really tasty food! Went there for lunch and decided to get the walnut chicken (it was not on the lunch menu). It was really tasty, and the walnuts were great. Everyone in my group was happy with their meals. The crab rangoons are a bit small for the price (4 for $8). Overall, it was a great meal

Ordered one Pepsi and was given two.
Figured no biggie so I drank it. I got a refill and my girlfriend was offered one before we left and hers was half full but figured sure top it off. Got the bill and not only was it $7 for 2 small glasses of Pepsi but we were charged $1.50 for 2 refills… on top of that you’d think for $8 you get more then 4 crab Rangoons that were small and had little to no filling.
Spicy crab roll was the driest sushi I’d ever had in my life so we requested a side of yum yum sauce and guess what $3.00 for that.
Place is nice but a ripoff for price.
First and last time we will be coming here

I absolutely love this place. The people working there make it the best. They are so friendly and kind and nice to talk to. The food is phenomenal. Always served hot and fresh. The environment is nice, too. On one side, there are more intimate booths with ambient lighting, up front there's the bar area, on the other side, it's more open and well lit with bigger tables and various size seating areas, there is also a hibachi area!! The sushi was so good. The cocktails are also delicious! The cool itch is refreshing.

Food was bland. Kung Pao Chicken must have had 2 whole stalks of celery in it. Worst we’ve ever had. Clay pot chicken had no flavor. Best were the Lettuce wraps appetizer. Our waitress was efficient but not friendly at all. She acted like she was doing us a favor by waiting on us. Atmosphere was great. I was hoping we had found a good eat in Asian restaurant but were disappointed.

We have tried Silk Road 3 times. Each time has been more disappointing than the last. And each time we thought that maybe we had just ordered the wrong thing. My husband prefers beef and I usually order chicken. Both meats are incredibly chewy, like jerky. The dumplings were 99% dough and 1% unidentifiable meat. The hot and sour soup was awful, it’s my husband’s favorite item and he has thrown it out each time. We have eaten half of our food at most before throwing in the towel. It’s inedible and frustrating. We wasted a lot of money.

The sweet and sour chicken was tasty and had a beautiful presentation

I ordered a prawn dish and it was shrimp. It was a new dish for me, nothing amazing

I was told that the pineapple duck tasted off. I tried a piece and it was jerky. I had to spit it out in a napkin because it tasted disgusting and it was so tough it wasn’t going anywhere.

We tried to send the duck back, but the manager never came to speak with us. Our server said the manager said the duck was grilled, apparently trying to explain the bad flavor. They would not make it right because duck is expensive.

So on Christmas Eve I called at 12:05 in the afternoon and asked the lady that answered the phone 2 things, first I asked what time they where open until and do I need to make a reservation for the Hibachi. She told me yes you do need a reservation so I first tried at 6:30 and she told me the only open slot available was at 8:00. So at this point I said ok yea I’ll take the 8:00 reservation. She then placed me on hold and when she got back on the phone she told me that they can do 7:30. So when we arrived at 7:20 the owner the short older lady with glasses asked me my name and said that my name was not on the list. So when I looked at the list that she was willing showing to me I pointed to my phone number that was on the paper and she said it doesn’t matter because she doesn’t see my name. So I explained to her that we can’t go anywhere else because it’s 7:30 at night and my wife and kids haven’t ate yet because we had reservations. So long story short there was 2 tables open and even though THEY made the mistake they in no way tried to make it right. However it was a blessing in disguise because while I was arguing with the lady my wife and son saw a Roach running across the floor. We used to eat there regularly but there’s not a chance in hell we will ever go back there again. If you read this and still eat there GOOD LUCK!!!!!
