So on Christmas Eve I called at 12:05 in the afternoon and asked the lady that answered the phone 2 things, first I asked what time they where open until and do I need to make a reservation for the Hibachi. She told me yes you do need a reservation so I first tried at 6:30 and she told me the only open slot available was at 8:00. So at this point I said ok yea I’ll take the 8:00 reservation. She then placed me on hold and when she got back on the phone she told me that they can do 7:30. So when we arrived at 7:20 the owner the short older lady with glasses asked me my name and said that my name was not on the list. So when I looked at the list that she was willing showing to me I pointed to my phone number that was on the paper and she said it doesn’t matter because she doesn’t see my name. So I explained to her that we can’t go anywhere else because it’s 7:30 at night and my wife and kids haven’t ate yet because we had reservations. So long story short there was 2 tables open and even though THEY made the mistake they in no way tried to make it right. However it was a blessing in disguise because while I was arguing with the lady my wife and son saw a Roach running across the floor. We used to eat there regularly but there’s not a chance in hell we will ever go back there again. If you read this and still eat there GOOD LUCK!!!!!

We called three times to confirm they would be open on Christmas and were told “normal business hours” that being 11 a.m. We arrived at 11 am with the doors still being closed and they informed us they open at 12 today. Horrible customer service and terrible miscommunication.

Basic American Chinese food. Not much flavor except for soy sauce. Very nice staff.

Best staff and best food! The sushi is excellent, as are all of the other dishes. The geisha roll, string beans and chicken, and clay pot chicken are some of my favorites!

I have been a supporting customer for years as they were by far my favorite local Chinese restaurant (despite higher prices). But as other reviews have stated, it has unfortunately changed and gone down hill. The past several visits, I have not enjoyed their food. When complaints are brought up to management, there seems to always be a ‘reason.’ Twee (the owner I think?) is not very kind and always hangs up the phone in a rush. They will continue to lose customers if concerns are not addressed. I miss the old Silk Road!

I was there yesterday for lunch and ordered the orange beef. I love their food there, but this stuff was so freaking hard and could hardly find the beef in it. Very disappointed.

I didn't think the sushi here would be half as good as it ended up being!

We dined in and loved it! They way restaurant is set up its even a little romantic.

Highly recommend!

We have always loved Silk Road but the last 3 times we ordered it has consistently gotten worse. We had hoped it was just a fluke but multiple dishes and multiple be different visits we won’t be back. I have talked to others that feel the same. Since Covid it just hasn’t been the same. It was good while it lasted! I hope they get it figured out

The online menu prices are higher by 2 to 4 dollars than the restaurant menu. Service took a long time. The food is great. When I told by the server about the discrepancy in prices he said it was a third party menu, not theirs, and kept insisting that it was third party. He is absolutely WRONG. The graphic design of both online and restaurant menu's are exactly the same. And the lower price menu is on the WEBSITE for Silk Road, not at on any other location. The difference is several dollars higher for many menu items. Rather than basically calling the customer a liar, he should have just said he would check it out, rather than obfuscating repeatedly. He did later say he would check it out, but it cast a pall on my dining experience. I doubt that I will return.
