Silvioni's has a killer chicken parmesan and I try to get it for pickup regularly -- key word being "try." The last three separate times I have called, I was informed that they weren't doing pickup that night due to staff shortage, too many customers, a party, etc etc. This last time I asked if I can just come in then and they warned that I could but it will take a really long time. I hate calling and having to have a backup plan in mind for when they inevitably tell me I'm not allowed to order. I completely understand the "nobody wants to work" situation but there has to be some sort of solution here. I am trying to pick up...now, 15 minutes from now, 2 hours from now. As long as I can plan for it, I don't really care. I just want to be able to pick up again. At this point, they're literally turning business away and I'm about to just try Roma right across the street now. The chicken parm can't be as good but it has to be better than no chicken parm at all.

The waitress was fantastic. We had a party of about 35. The fish was excellent however the sauce on the pasta was not very tasty it needed help. Will be back to try again.

Participated in a funeral wake with them serving standard menu. Very nice way to take care of Customer with the preselected menu. Staff was very attentive to the needs of the guess. Food tasted like I went to Aldi's for their standard Cheap Sauce. Was so expecting a fabulous explosion in my mouth with the Past recipes of sylvioni's that this new owner purchased a year ago.
