Not happy at all. We stopped by yesterday Sunday 6/8 around 5. The sign said they were open Sunday 3-9 so we ordered using the QR code. I paid and we waited and nothing. I got an email confirming my order and I was charged $62. Not sure why the order system would allow me to order and charge if they were actually closed. I expect the diner to do the right thing and make sure I get my money back.

I enjoyed my takeout from here. The burger was tasty and juicy and good value, the fries were super crispy and hot. Then, when you have the simply sauce, the whole meal was perfect, and they were able to substitute the American cheese for cheddar.

I would just say that on the online ordering, they should add the ability to add condiments like lettuce and tomato and onion and to make substitutions (without leaving instructions).

The workers were really kind. I would also say that there should be signage to indicate that orders are not ready by the outdoor window but instead inside in the basement of Market House (if that is at a certain time!).

I will be back again! I cannot believe that it took me this long to try it!

EDIT: REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE THANK YOU!

--They need to update delivery pricing. However charging my delivery fee after lying about free delivery over 49 dollars I feel they can take this up with you for the 6.98 I was charged.

Cowboy smashed with extra bacon and fries. Best end to a rough day. Absolutely delicious and filling. Bonus delivery available and close to home.

They have actual smash burgers. They’re good too. They also have gluten free buns that don't suck, which is hard to find.

The staff was really nice. You can order at the bar, but we ordered online so it was ready when we got there.

It's not hard to find. There's a takeout windows on the side of the building, but the actual restaurant is in the basement.

Perfect stop for a delish, non-fussy meal. The smash burgers are very good and the fries are well seasoned (albeit a tad pricey). Milkshake gets an A+. They also offer GOOD gluten free buns—as in they don’t crumble/fall apart. My husband has been craving a McDonald’s burger for years, but since they don’t carry gluten free buns in the US he has to avoid them. He said this place scratched the itch! I really appreciate a restaurant that only picks a couple items, but absolutely nails the execution. We will definitely be back!

It was a very uncomfortable experience. We walked in and the only indication of any burgers were tiny stickers on the tables (with a QR code for the menu). We weren’t sure we were even in the right place until one of us spotted that out of the corner of our eye. I wish I would have gotten pictures, but it was about $30 for two burgers and two small cups of fries. All were almost completely cold, though the fries were good. Burger did not have much flavor. The guy working at the counter was not very pleasant, nor helpful. Definitely better places to get a burger and fries, with people that actually want your business.

Overall the food has been great, and I'm really happy to have a place I can walk up to with my dog to get vegetarian takeout and bring him with me. Ordered from here probably half a dozen times and had a great experience, but my last two orders were a huge disappointment. Last week in the 90 degree heat my (small) order was more than 30 minutes late so I walked home to keep my dog from overheating and had to walk all the way back again. Then this latest time it was 30 minutes late AGAIN and when I got home I found there were no pickles when I paid to have *extra* pickles. Both times I tipped ahead and feel like I got ripped off. Bummed it's gone down hill and hope that is just temporary.

Sometimes Yummy Sometimes VERY SALTYYY. I use to love this places burgers, ate here regularly but the last couple of times I ordered I couldn't get through the burger. I usually get the vegan smash ,burger fries and the "healthier" rootbeer. which comes up to about $25. thats a lot to have to through away. I reached out to the folks working in the store and they said it was the owners choice... that they would would reach out to me... after checkin back with them a few times , waiting several months and no response from the owner, i just gave up. Just want to warn folks that might have high blood pressure. its a gamble. and the owner will likely not respond to you lol ... the working folks are actually sweet... But the owner has to figure out how to manage quality control and concern for a pretty regular guest.

Great to have a nearby fully vegan smashburger that includes vegan cheese. The upcharge of $5 from the normal burger is fairly excessive and upsetting. If price is not a concern, highly recommend.
