10/10 experience!!!! Everything we ordered (food and drinks) was amazing and we had the best service I’ve had in years (thanks Sam!). Wish I lived in Pittsburgh so I could make this my usual spot! Also the decor was gorgeous!

The food here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My server wasn’t horrible. She could’ve came past the table more often to check on me. I’d definitely recommend the firecracker shrimp mmmmmmmm…… it was so tasty 🥰

Service was good especially considering rush. Place looks fabulous, prime photo-op location.

Drinks are somewhat limited, mostly just sweet cocktails. Would be nice to have better tap selections and Japanese whiskeys.

Food was mostly decent except for the grilled stuff like Miso Salmon - that was spectacular. It was the only thing worth the price (everything is kinda expensive).

Fantastic experience! Delicious food, friendly staff, and great ambiance!

We enjoyed our dinner on a Sunday evening and no issue walking in without a reservation. Our server, Raya (Rhea? - we forgot to ask how it’s spelled) was awesome in walking us through the menu and the way our dining experience would flow. Able to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace with no pressure to move on from any staff members.

Tunarashi Roll - spicy tuna and fresh tuna all in one roll…amazing.

Chee fried Brussels sprouts - one of our favorite sprouts dishes we’ve ever had! The sprouts had fantastic char without tasting burnt and the Kim chee sauce drizzled over was to die for. Would pop in just to enjoy them again.

Short rib yaki - so much flavor and the noodles were perfectly cooked; bit of chew and not mushy at all.

Asian Pear Sake Sangria - very pleasant and lite; perfect for a summer evening. Wanted the try the Lychee Martini but they were, unfortunately, out of house-made lychee infused vodka.

Overall a great time and worth what we spent.

Good food. Overpriced. Waited half an hour to get in and then server forgot about us - waited an additional half an hour after being sat. Uncomfortable seats. 20% large party fee. Had to ask for utensils and soy sauce bowl.

The food quality was quite good, the atmosphere was quite charming and I noticed other diners looking around at the decor just like we were. Took some time to get our non alcoholic drinks but beyond that a very nice place to relax with friends to have a good meal.

FineDine Japanese restaurant with great ambience and food. Most of their main course comes with rice!

Came here on Sunday for dinner. Ordered a fair amount of food items and one beer. The atmosphere was great and so was the service. The food was average and I personally feel it’s expensive/over priced for the amount and quality you receive. We ordered six food items; three sushi rolls, shishito peppers, gyoza and pad Thai with wagyu beef. The Pad Thai noodles were absolute trash with very little flavor and had a soggy/mushy texture. The wagyu was delicious! The sushi rolls were a disappointment, used far too much rice which was dry and very little salmon and yellow tail.

Terrible place. I had an allergic reaction even though I asked if the food contained any of my allergens. Service wasn’t good neither.

Our server Vanque and the bar staff were awesome, but that's the only thing that was. Sushi was pretty rough cut and very small pieces, soy bowl was a plastic disposable cup like fast food ketchup. Sashimi comes without rice, an unforgivable sin. Meatballs were undercooked (completely raw in the middle) and fell apart like made of taco meat. Gyoza were room temperature, limp, nasty noodles. Worst $200 we've spent in a very long time. Avoid this place. Go to Golden Gai instead.
