The food is not consistent. Had several good/great meals but today's bowl was subpar this location. The other location is subpar. Stop going that location. Today the delivery person showed up 10 minutes early and tried to just drop off the food in my building. Security would not permit him to leave food unattended so he left it outside despite me telling him I was on my way to meet him. Unacceptable and I am livid.

My order was made perfectly. The food was delicious as always. Everything in the bowel I created was perfect individually. Once I mixed everything with the teriyaki sauce? Freaking fire works. I could eat here literally every day.

We went to the rink in downtown and I was in the mood for a smoothie. I saw across the street that there was So Fresh so I decided to try it. I stepped inside and it was a cute little quaint place. Not big but a few tables, cute decorations and multiple kiosks. You dont place your order traditionally which was different only because if I had questions then id have to wait for someone to come to the front. Not a big deal to me but elderly people might have issues.
I ordered 2 smoothies, a chicken, black bean and cheese quesadilla, and a fruit cup. Ready for the total? $33..... insane. The prices are very steep. If you go in for just a smoothie thats a little more acceptable but to pay $5 for a couple strawberries, half a banana, and half an apple is crazy. The smoothies are also not even that great. I got my son the strawberry banana one and it was so bland. I got the sunrise sunset one and it was somewhat flavorful. I did ask my son if he liked the quesadilla. He said it was good so I have to take his word on it. I dont eat gluten so I didnt try it.
I wi say after waiting about 30 minutes for our stuff, the guy who worked there was very nice and brought it out to us. Im not sure if thats their policy or it was just kindness but I did appreciate it.
All in all its a 4/10 for me. Too expensive for too bland of flavor.

My husband, two young children and I recently dined at the downtown location. I placed the order for pick up, but we decided to stay instead. The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well kept. The food was obviously amazing very fresh and even though it could be considered a faster food restaurant, you could tell the quality and health factor was there. Since we dined with the younger kids, there were some customizations in which everything was correct and that’s always so wonderful to have these days. We will absolutely add this to our regular rotation when we choose to dine out. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

I spoiled my experience here by ordering too much. I consulted with the female employee here about whether my order appeared appropriate, and she affirmed that it did. To enhance the customer experience, I hope they eliminate the self-service checkouts and include a real cashier. Person to person interaction could have avoided this. In summary, I ordered too much crap. It was a mix of BS.

Very busy and popular place. One staff is very attending as someone took my online order before I got there, I did not know and was standing and waiting for 10min, he saw me and asked about my order. He redid the lunch box right after he found out it was taken by someone else.

I was served a kale salad and all of the kale was rotten and disgusting. Please teach your staff how to identify rotten produce so it doesn't get served.
Wrap was fire and worth the money. Very tasty and fresh. Ranch was tasty as well wish the cup came with more because it was tiny.

So Fresh completely lives up to its name. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with real ingredients you can see and taste. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a healthy, convenient meal that still feels satisfying!

We got sandwich wraps. Hubby wanted the Vegan sausage in his but they no longer carry it. He was greatly disappointed.
I asked if they had vegan cheese so I could order a quesadilla and they don't have that either. Which makes no sense since vegan cheese lasts longer than dairy cheese.
We keep meeting so many people who are lactose intolerant. They need to carry vegan cheese, it would allow for many more food choices.
They still have some vegan items.
I accidentally hit a beverage key on the kiosk that I didn't want. It couldn't be edited or deleted without an employee to do an over ride.
