Great modern, healthy, restaurant. I loved all the gluten free options and enjoyed the Greek warm bowl with salmon. I also had the kale and apple smoothie, it tasted like it sounds. There wasn’t a lot of sugar or additives to hide the flavor. I still enjoyed the smoothie but it’s not for everyone, it definitely grossed out my husband and toddlers. This may cost a bit more than some similar restaurants but I think it’s worth it for good quality, well made, Whole Foods- which they did an excellent job of providing.Dietary restrictions: They specify on the menu what is gluten free and have lots of good options.Kid-friendliness: I took my toddlers, they were comfortable there. Lots of room for the wagon. Men’s bathroom didn’t have a changing table.

If you have not yet found SoFresh in Pittsburgh (or other locations) - you need to go. This food is healthy and fresh, and surprisingly TASTY. Don't be put off by all the good stuff in there and think it has no flavor. The dressings and lite spices in the entrees make this food so delicious. We make it a habit of eating here at least once a month, and I wish I could go more often! The place we go to is in downtown Pittsburgh, and we live about 10-15 miles outside of town. We place our order, drive in to get the food and by the time we get there, it's always ready. The services is excellent, food is incredible, and priced reasonably. You need to try it for yourself for sure!

I've been ordering lunch here for takeout for more than a year now. Easy ordering process through the app, transparent about pricing and although it's not cheap (~15 for a custom bowl), I appreciate that you can order exactly what you want and it will be fast and it will be hot and fresh. The man who works at the front counter is very nice and has excellent customer service skills. I personally love the pesto sauce, chicken thighs, zucchini noodles, mushrooms, sweet potatoes and a new item on their menu, the garlic noodles. This is the only "healthy" lunch option I've found downtown and I really hope they stay in business!

I used to eat here semi often and enjoyed the food, but today a co-worker of mine found out I was going to pick up an order at so fresh and told me that he found a fried roach in his so fresh order 2 weeks ago. I started to dry heave at the thought and called into the restaurant to cancel my order. The manager told me they don't have roaches but I told him to throw or give away my order. I won't be back. ?Response to So Fresh's reply 01/31:I further questioned my coworker about this incident and another coworker overheard the discussion and leaned out from his desk and added "I saw it- there was 100% a roach in his food." I asked why he did not let So Fresh know and he said he had too much to get done at work and just threw it in the trash. I have been eating at So Fresh for several months now and the food is great so I was disappointed when I found this out. While I'm sure you prioritize customer satisfaction, to simply dismiss my review as "slanderous" is hogwash--I have better things to do with my time than write negative restaurant reviews for no reason. Maybe one day I will muster the courage to come in again and order the Power Bowl w/ Braised Chicken Thigh - I will just respectfully request that you "Hold The Roach."

As fresh and healthy as the food might be, this is the most chaotic restaurant and delivery location ever experienced. They have no system for prioritizing and working through orders and you can be sure they will be minimum 30 minutes late when you need the food to come on time.

Never had, gave it a try. I liked the bowl I ordered. But their homemade Sriracha sause was no great. It tasted like spicy wishbone ranch, not very Sriracha... the shrink portion was VERY small. Only 7 pieces (would not have ordered multiple sauces had i known)... and on the multiple sauce order, they gave me 2 of 1 I ordered and not the Teriyaki sauce... Bit of a let down
Stopped here for lunch with the family. We all were happy with our food. However, the music was very grating; we were happy to leave.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. I ordered a MYO wrap and it was amazing. The order was perfect and it was all ready for pickup when I got there. Parking is the only negative. I had to pull up, put my flashers on, and jump out to grab it. I can see how if it was a busy time of day downtown that this would be difficult to access b
