The employee who helped me was so nice but the smoothie was not very good:( I think (if I had to guess) was that they put in way too much agave and it really overpowered any fruit taste in the smoothie. Probably would not go again because also expensive but employees were really nice!

Ordered before we left the house and it was ready when a few minutes early. Picked it up and ate on the covered balcony. Was a very nice atmosphere and good spot for parking and walking to other stores before or after. The food was very flavorful and the kids options were good. Left filling full but good about the food with cleaner ingredients! We tried the Mediterranean salad, kids quesadillas, kids rice bowl, and wrap.

I recently tried a meal from So Fresh, and I must say, both the food and the smoothie were absolutely fantastic. The flavors were delightful, and the quality was evident in every bite. While I do find the prices to be quite high, which is a bit disappointing, I understand that this is the current market trend. Despite the cost, the meal was worth it as it tasted delicious and provided me with the energy I needed to feel fueled throughout the day. It was also light enough to allow me to continue with my activities without feeling weighed down, maintaining a healthy balance. Overall, I had a great experience with So Fresh.

I placed an online order and the receipt was correct but the item in the bag were someone else’s food. What it takes to verify what you add to the bag is correct? They pay no attention. What if the customer has a food allergy?
I used to work here so I know how the food should be. The manager is overly rude. Granted I choose the wrong meat for my pesto rap but later into eating it I realized that there was no bacon I addressed the issue in a calm respectful manner and the manager has a attitud contradicting me saying there’s no bacon on my wrap and my wrap is very dry. He’s pointing in my food saying there’s bacon right there and before I said anything I spit out my food and looked and took a picture. I wasn’t gonna upload this but the customer service was bad.

Went in waited 20 minutes and then was told all smoothies machines broke and they would refund me. Hour later I get message my order is ready and I have not gotten any refund. Stay away this place isn't worth the trip.

This is about to be my new spot in Pittsburgh. The food is SO GOOD, I went 3 days in a row. You can build your own bowls or there’s bowl and wrap options you can choose from. The smoothies, everyone needs one 😭

I tried So Fresh in Shadyside and loved it! The name was right…the food was so fresh…it’s all customizable and made to order which I loved because the possibilities were truly endless! I loved the salmon and definitely recommend adding avocado! So delish!
