Waited an hr for them to tell us they didnt have any burgers, fries or wings left. Had to settle for some boneless wings.

Food and atmosphere is good but the prices for alcoholic drinks are extremely high.

Stopped in for a Sunday dinner after a Steeler game. Was told they weren't doing service to their sidewalk tables that evening, but feel free to order from the bar and walk our meal out ourselves. Which we did. Food came quickly and was pretty good.

Went at 12:30 on a Wednesday - place was pretty busy and like most places - under-staffed.

We only had drinks but the service was impressive. Even on a busy Pirates game day.

I waited over an hour for grilled nachos and never got them and was charged. I understand it was a game day but brining charged for food I never got is horrible

Lazy unnatentive front of house staff. Shame cuz the cooks knocked it out of the park. I'd recommend the bourbon glazed salmon but id rather die than wait 25 minutes to close my tab out from the bar again

Food was good and the waitstaff was attentive and gregarious. I had the Philly steak and cheese with Cajun fries…it was okay…fries were limp. One daughter had the pork tacos and said they were quite lovely. The other daughter had the cheeseburger add bacon and reported it was better than both Chili’s and Red Robin. Tally had the guiltless chicken and enjoyed it. Now desserts…the waitress had me all good to go for the chocolate tort with whipped cream…only to come out and tell me they were all out🙄…so I opted for the carrot cake….very tiny slice unfortunately with regards to portion size. The brownie a la mode was excellent as was the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream.

Staying at the hotel and had a late dinner. Had the mushroom swiss burger and chili; big burger, cooked to order, and tasted great. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.

First, this was my by far the worst dining experience we’ve ever had anywhere in the United States. Our waitress, Lauren, was horrible. She didn’t even refill our drinks, brought me the wrong food, (microwaved hotdogs on hard bread with unmelted cheese) and couldn’t seem to care about anything at all related to her job. She snatched the drink menu away before we could really look at it, then never returned it once requested to do so. Oh well, we love Pittsburgh but will NEVER revisit this particular place. Ever. 0/10.

Had a great lunch and went to a Pirate game afterwards. Unfortunately lunch was the only home run!
