They messed up our order and we had to go back. On top of that the food was crappy.

The atmosphere was great but the service was absolutely horrible. We waited 15 minutes for service and still wasn’t acknowledged. Had to go to a bartender just to order a drink. Asked for a menu, when I was finally given a menu was told we had to order right then and there. I had zero time to even look at the menu. Then had to wait another 30 mins to get our tab. Not a good experience.

Great drinks service. Excellent and the place is clean, although the burgers are nothing special and the bread was cold

The food was good, but I found it a bit over salted, and I normally like a fair amount of salt. I'm not a fan of sports bar atmosphere, but this is across the street from the Pittsburgh Pirates stadium, and 6 blocks from the Steelers stadium, so it's to be expected. It wasn't a bad experience, just not my cup of tea.

The atmosphere is nice and service good but food is very meh.

Dry reuben w almost dressing and a very unremarkable Cobb salad.

Its alright but imo not a destination restaurant. It's just in a great location

Recently out to Pittsburgh for a Monday night football game. This place was open past it's normal closing hour to accommodate the fans. The place was absolutely packed . We only waited 5 mins for a table and had our food and drinks within 10 mins. Service was so speedy and friendly for anytime much less late night. Great job to all who work there.

Casual bar and restaurant inside the hotel. I eat there when on business trips. Food is pretty good.

The food is delicious! Some of the best food in the area, however we get the same server every time we visit in the afternoon during the week and she is terrible. Always making up excuses for why the food is taking so long. When we asked for the check she says "I'm really busy right now". Rude and bad attitude. Would consider never returning based on her service, but the food is so good. Her name is Tyree.

While housed in a hotel building, SoHo is not a hotel restaurant. The clean decor and abundance of natural light created such an inviting atmosphere that I ate two meals there in one day. Without a Pirates game going on across the street, the Monday lunch crowd was larger than dinner. That was fine with me. There was music at lunch and football on the TVs at dinner, but the volume allowed for conversation (or, in my case, reading my Kindle) without shouting or headaches. I had a mushroom Swiss burger with cajun fries at lunch, and French onion soup and a grilled shrimp salad for dinner. Another reason I returned for dinner is that I saw a non-alcoholic beer (from Sam Adams) on the menu, and I feel like every time I buy one I am casting a vote for an alternative to alcohol. The prices are not cheap, but since it's my first day in downtown Pittsburgh, I don't know how they compare. But my food was certainly better than standard bar fare.

It's very underwhelming. It was expensive for basic Unseasoned and overcooked entrees. Very disappointing.
