I am orginayfrom Baltimore MD and moved to Pittsburgh recently. I have been looking for some good soul food! It was delicious. I ordered the Workshop dinner with greens and yams, my father had ribs and my husband had the fish and chicken combo it was so delicious as and the owner was so sweet and nice. He told us about his culinary journey.
I’m so glad I came across this place on my visit to Pittsburgh. This is real southern soul food. The folks working there were so friendly. I came in close to closing time, but they kindly made some fresh chicken for me, and even threw in an extra wing and a piece of cake for making me wait a few minutes longer. Food was really good! They cook everything fresh! The food was seasoned to perfection! Portions were pretty generous. We came here just in time before we had to leave for our flight!
