The only Speedway I know that has consistently empty iced tea urns. Whenever I'm back in town visiting family, although I know better, I still try to get my morning tea here, and every single time, it is bone dry.
I live in an area where Speedways are rampant, but Pittsburgh does not have many. This is not a good first impression for the people around here and I would not be surprised if they avoided Speedway elsewhere because of the experience in this dive.

I always figured the one redeeming quality of gas stations is they provide a way for the neighborhood to get snacks and soda in the middle of the night. But this one closes at 10 or 11. So this fossil fuel establishment is ruining the environment with no redeeming quality whatsoever. I hope gasoline vehicles are banned so they go out of business.

I do everything possible to avoid this place but unfortunately today I had no choice but to go in. Haven't been here in 2 months, figured maybe it has gotten better since my last visit - NOT. Of course it was dirty - how people eat staff prepared foods out of here amazes me, I'd rather eat street vendor food in an under developed country. Of course the cashier was rude and ignorant. She appeared completely bothered that she had to get off of her phone to do some work, God forbid. Management really needs to re train employees on customer service. Based on reviews however, it appears that management condones this behavior, sad. I get it, it's hard to find good employees but not all help is good help. Next time, l'll keep driving.

This place is ghetto and they operate like a 3rd world country. They have this gap tooth middle-aged Black female who cooks and she has the worst attitude in the world. She also is not very sanitary as you can tell the counter isn't clean (makes you want to gag) and she is rude towards customers she even talks down to customers I can't believe she is allowed to work there. The managers are clearly pushovers because they allow such behavior. There is one new sweet young cashier but I hope she doesn't stay they long because I'm sure the organizational culture of the place will poison her soon. This place needs new management ASAP and this place needs to operate like it is a business in the first world.

Would have given this place ) stars but you have to give at least one to proceed. Went to this station at 6:30 this morning to put air in my tire. First off they charge $2.00 for air, I get there is electricity involved with this machine but $2.00? Card reader on the machine did not work, dug around in my car for change because they don't give change unless you buy something (another gentleman was trying to also get air and had dollar bills). After I get my air I decide a coffee might be nice. I decide to rinse my hands in the little sink there, napkin dispensers are empty, so I have wet hands. I grab a coffee cup, creamer dispensers are empty. There are little creamer cups, I grab those and empty them into my cup, the flavored coffee machine is empty! Not only is it empty the door is not closed on it. It is only dispensing water. At this point I am done, a manager walks out from a little office in the back walks around the store announcing this place is disgusting.... Dis....gust....ing ~ Then returns to her office. The donut case is empty, the trays inside are out of place, there are hotdogs or sausages on a cooker that look to have been there a minute. The floor is horrible, it hasn't been swept or mopped for a very long time. I took a few pictures of the floor on my way out, wish I would have taken more. The place is a mess, I can't image the food that they serve there to be fresh, either. Find somewhere else to shop!

I just called multiple times and every single time it was a pick up and hang up. Customers and workers are trash. It takes over 10 minutes to make a simple purchase there amongst a bunch of hoodlums. DON'T go there. It is not safe.
