Today I stop at my favorite store that i've been going 2 years On my way to work , I was getting gas On pump nine and the gas Hose fail and hit me In my head and gas went all over my body and my face. I went inside the store until the lady didn't do anything about it so I had to go home and take a shower and throw my clothes in the trash because it was smelling like gas. I want something done about it or I'm getting a lawyer.It was in professional broken pump

The service, attention, helpfulness but most of all genuine care and friendliness i was provided with tonight (midnight) march 7th, 2025 by cashier Joe completely changed the trajectory of my night, especially because i was at the point andin negative mindset of : nothings working out, whats the point, i give up stage...wheni walked into the store, however I walked outa completely different person...optimistic, grateful and a filled with hope and appreciation...thank you joe for being one of the rare not only employees but alsp human beings that have me believing and realizing that one person can make the world of a difference....that one person i met tonight at Speedway....Joe

Useless. Locked restrooms only available to paying customers. You have to see cashier for a key. No other alternative as there's no Sheetz around. I will not be using these stores. Useless Ohio company. Then trying to get out of the parking lot of this dump... this place is awful.

Stopped here so I could go to the bathroom. Sign says only paying customers only yet the door knob is completely broken and the door wouldn't shut without me feeling like I was going to get trapped in the bathroom. Barely any toilet paper, fecal matter all over the front part of the toilet, urine on the back, and just looked more like a crime scene than a bathroom. You should have to pay just to go to the bathroom. Seriously, keep up your facilities. 🤮

Hot hold is empty. MTO counter screens shut off. Nothing on the roller grill. Don't come here for food. They don't have anything hot.

The only Speedway I know that has consistently empty iced tea urns. Whenever I'm back in town visiting family, although I know better, I still try to get my morning tea here, and every single time, it is bone dry.
I live in an area where Speedways are rampant, but Pittsburgh does not have many. This is not a good first impression for the people around here and I would not be surprised if they avoided Speedway elsewhere because of the experience in this dive.
I always figured the one redeeming quality of gas stations is they provide a way for the neighborhood to get snacks and soda in the middle of the night. But this one closes at 10 or 11. So this fossil fuel establishment is ruining the environment with no redeeming quality whatsoever. I hope gasoline vehicles are banned so they go out of business.

I do everything possible to avoid this place but unfortunately today I had no choice but to go in. Haven't been here in 2 months, figured maybe it has gotten better since my last visit - NOT. Of course it was dirty - how people eat staff prepared foods out of here amazes me, I'd rather eat street vendor food in an under developed country. Of course the cashier was rude and ignorant. She appeared completely bothered that she had to get off of her phone to do some work, God forbid. Management really needs to re train employees on customer service. Based on reviews however, it appears that management condones this behavior, sad. I get it, it's hard to find good employees but not all help is good help. Next time, l'll keep driving.
