I want to like this place so badly. It has a cool vibe. It feels like a real, homespun venue. Sound is decent if not the best upstairs. Staff is friendly. All good things.
But Ticketmaster/Live Nation ruins everything it touches, and the last show I went to didn't have paper tickets, couldn't buy them, and tickets were not available at all with cash. Credit card only. The person literally just enters your credit card manually into whatever live nation/tm...

You never know it from the outside, but this place is a fantastic venue for pizza. You may be thinking that you're walking into a music hall, which you are, but the same time they have a bar restaurant and great service. There's a huge selection of pizzas, and although it may take a little while to be serve the pizza, the weight is well worth it.. this is one of the best pizzas in Pittsburgh.
