Great location for a business lunch. Quiet and fantastic views if you're seated near the glass.

Food and view amazing. Service great. Only negative the booth seats are not comfortable. The seat is very deep making it difficult to lean back without inclining so a person is forced to sit up without back support.

Food needs improvement. Pasta was too creamy and chicken was very dry. Red meat was fatty.

Food overpriced and did not meet expectation. No flavor in my dish. Cant believe I spent $240 for three to eat here. WAY Overpriced and overrated

Unexpected Delight.

Food, drinks, service, view and more were outstanding.

Even if you are not staying at the hotel…I would highly recommend dining here or grabbing a drink.

We had two alcoholic drinks, two entrees, and two desserts. The salmon and succotash was good. The Hokkaido Scallops were overpriced and the angel hair pasta was too starchy. They also forgot the asparagus with it. The matcha cake did not have enough matcha flavor and did not need the two cakes, just one. The Madagascar Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee was the best thing we had. The website listed the restaurant as elegant casual dining, but it seemed that the staff fit the requirement, and not the guests. I killed a fly at our table because the door to the terrace was open. We really expected more from this place, especially for the price we paid.

Food was delicious. If you like French onion soup would highly recommend. The burger and steak were amazing as well.

It was ok. The drinks were very good. I tasted a few of our tables dishes. I thought some was over seasoned (one with too much garlic (and I am no garlic hater)) some under seasoned and all generally not up to par at the price charged. Scallops were over cooked. Steak was under cooked (but fixed perfectly upon sending back so kudos to the kitchen for that). It seemed like maybe they were trying to make up for quality by giving larger quantity so if you are looking for large dishes you may be pleased. Had breakfast here the next day. Coffee was very nice. The spinach and artichoke scramble read like it'd be great but the artichokes were very acidic which threw off the whole dish - disappointing at $20. Great views of Oakland and staff was very attentive. It's nice place to eat a meal; not a destination for fine dining.

Our meals were good, but the atmosphere is unbeatable and unforgettable. What a fantastic way to relax and end the day.

We booked your restaurant as it was close to our hotel and we wanted a good experience before traveling back to the U.K. The restaurant was fine with good views and the waiter was attentive. It then went downhill fast. I asked about the soup of the day as a starter, didn't want that and said give us a few minutes to order. When I ordered, the starter I wanted wasn't available. I should have been told before We ordered a Cabernet Sauvignon - a red wine - which was served in an ice bucket! After tasting the wine, he should have served my wife first but she was served last! Our starters took ages to appear which wasn't too bad as we were talking and catching up. However, the waiter brought our main courses while we were eating our starters He left the salad for my brother in law as it's 'already Cold' and took our food to keep hot! This is appalling! While we were still eating our main courses, he asked us if we'd like to see the dessert menu! The waiter either lacked training, common sense or both. It was not a pleasant experience

We had such a lovely evening here! It was a beautiful day to sit on the top floor and the food was not only delicious, but reasonably priced! Our server, Mikayla, was lovely and attentive. We can’t wait to come back!

Food was quite ordinary, service was good, the views are amazing. We usually come for lunch which is far superior than their dinner offerings. Wine list is quite limited
