We celebrated our anniversary at One by Spork. The chef and staff are all on the same page and provide an amazing dining experience. From the first contact with Carly to set reservations to the 16th course and dessert. Be prepared to expand your dining mind. You will enjoy all the things Chef and staff prepare. From their urban garden, and specially selected wines and drinks to blend with the perfectly prepared dishes. Looking forward to the next time we visit.
I was hesitant to spend the $$$ to try the restaurant, but it was so worth it. It was some of the best food I've had, and I've been fortunate enough to dine at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. Definitely opt for the cocktail/alcohol package; all the cocktails were excellent, and the wine pairings were perfect. The service was impeccable, and you could feel the love everyone had for making all of us have a memorable evening.
A very unique and tasty evening. 4 appetizers, 8 courses and 2 desserts. All of it was fabulous. Plus alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages. Come hungry because it is a lot of food.
One has its own garden where most of the ingredients are grown and used for the food and cocktails. They try to use every part of the plant or animal; the pairings were delicious and informative. My daughter and I will definitely be returning.
Food was good, staff were very nice. Just wasn't worth the price. We've eaten outstanding Michelin quality for less. Was expecting something similar. It's not
The best way to describe Spork is a culinary delight! Their take on how to structure their dining experience leaves no details missed. In their intimate space you feel like a priority while enjoying well thought out courses to give your palate and mind an adventure. 10 stars!
The food was great, the experience sitting watching the chefs make the food really added to the evening. The server was fantastic, she took time to explain , for the evening and the different foods that we were about to have. Overall, great time.
Spork has been and always will be the best restaurant in town. Looking forward to it reopening under the new name and concept One! So glad the head chef is able to fulfill a passion and continue to provide excellent food in the future
Best restaurant in Pittsburgh! perfect combination of great food, superior service, and wonderful atmosphere. SPORK is closing but we look forward to Chef Frangiadis' new venture ! Cheers to chef & all staff & crew
Our first time at Spork, though we did eat at Spork Barbecue back when it was open. This was wonderful, we really should have been here prior to this. It is not cheap, but worth it.

Fantastic place for a date night. Pricey but worth it. The service was top tier. They were aware of food allergies and went above and beyond to accommodate (gluten, shellfish allergy). We had a phenomenal experience and will definitely be back!!
This is a lovely restaurant but the entrees, while tasty enough, were not as great as the price point. Its fun to receive the multiple "amuse bouches" and the drinks and appetizers were expensive but enjoyable. But I would prefer a different variety of entrees. The capon was small, the ravioli's sauce was rich. The dessert list is short. For the cost, I would prefer a view, and more than one fish entree, maybe duck instead of capon, etc, and some noise absorbtion.
The best dinner I've ever had! I really appreciated the little tasting that made the experience different and unique. We also loved all the things we ordered. Sometimes you go somewhere fancy and things are hit and miss. These were all wins!
A lovely meal overall. The food was delicious and super creative. A gem of a place.

I wish there were an option to give zero stars.
It's fascinating to see that every honest negative review receives a passive-aggressive response from the owner, who seems more interested in lecturing customers on their behavior than addressing the issues raised. I’m baffled that Spork has a 4-star rating. The service is subpar, with staff that appear to be more concerned with their own importance than with providing a good dining experience. The food is disappointing at best—an uninspired mix of ingredients that looks unique but fails miserably in terms of taste and cohesion. It's clear that style is prioritized over substance here.
