Can't speak highly enough of our experience at One by Spork. The food, drink pairings, and service were wonderful. Definitely worth the price for a special occasion.
The most unique dining experience in Pittsburgh. A delicious meal prepared in front of 16 diners paired perfectly with a drink or wine with each course. Pours are modest so as to compliment the food rather than make the focus on alcohol. Worth the splurge with wonderfully nice people preparing the meal.
One of the best dining experiences I have ever had in Pittsburgh. The food was wonderful. The staff was fantastic. Everything was great.
How lucky Pittsburgh is to have this exceptional restaurant. The Dry Aged Seven Fishes dinner was superb! Presentation...beautiful. Wine pairings....outstanding. Food...outrageously delicious! Chef is a master of creativity and execution! The regular dinner may seem pricey but it is worth every penny. Not only is it delicious but it is an entire dining experience. The Monday night dinners are as delicious and creative..just not as many courses and interaction. Treat yourself and try this diamond of a restaurant.
Amazing experience at Seven Fishes Feast! Dry aged smoked fishes were amazing with perfect Italian wine pairings! BRAVO to Chef!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow. Three hours of a vibrant, unforgettable tasting experience. As someone who appreciates food that tells a story, One by Spork delivered a fully immersive journey that truly lived up to, and exceeded, my expectations. Every course felt like a carefully crafted chapter in a larger narrative. The food and alcohol pairings were perfectly curated, thoughtful, and intentional. Each bite invited curiosity, delight, and reflection, making the experience feel like a true gustatory journey rather than just a meal. The atmosphere and ambiance only deepened the experience, beautifully accenting and complementing the food. This is not simply dining, it's storytelling through flavor, texture, and technique. I celebrated my birthday here, and it was genuinely the best gift I could have given myself. For food lovers like me, dining out is an adventure, an opportunity to explore new flavors, textures, and cultures. At One by Spork, every dish spoke to the artistry of the chef and the traditions and regions that inspired it. There's magic in the unknown, in trying something new, and in experiencing something familiar reimagined and elevated. Beyond the food, One by Spork creates a lasting memory. The service, the setting, the shared table, and the sensory layers of taste, sound, sight, and touch come together to create a true full-body experience. One menu. One table. Infinite possibilities. Highly recommend for anyone seeking more than just a meal, this is an experience.
This was a gorgeous restaurant. There was attention to detail in everything, from the food to the drinks. I love the passion behind each craft. Some of our favorite meals ever came from here. For the NA drinks, I was particularly ecstatic. I love seeing NA drinks reimagined for taste instead of just removing the alcohol. Beautiful experience.
I am confident this is the best dinner I'll have in Pittsburgh. Each plate is thoughtfully created and artfully paired with wine or a cocktail. We were educated throughout dinner on the food, the process, and One's values. Cannot say enough and absolutely will be back soon! Congratulations to this outstanding team!
It's a great tailored experience. Come here if you are looking for an experimental take on food and a really fun night! It's definitely more expensive, but with only 16 people and everyone getting attention, you see what you're paying for. The food is great but you can probably go to other restaurants for more consistent and tested dishes. If you come here get ready to experiment, chat, learn, have an experience. It's not for everyone, but definitely recommend for a special occasion and to support one of the only urban farms in Pittsburgh!
By far the best experience I've had at a Pittsburgh restaurant. Food, service and overall atmosphere was amazing. We will be back!

A beautiful and unique experience! Our group of 4 loved our dinner from start to finish! Highly recommend this for anyone who truly loves food and is looking for a Michelin star type evening right here in the burgh.
Our One by Spork experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we entered with two courses of small bites and the little parting gift with menu at the end, we knew that this was going to be a great culinary experience. Each course was delicious. As someone who is not a vegetarian for this experience, I did not miss meat at all. Everything was thoughtfully crafted and created. I highly recommend this experience.
Another outstanding experience! Our second time to the new venue and we can't wait for our next one!
Our visit to One by Spork wasn't just dinner, it was an experience. From the appetizer bites to the desserts, the food and beverages were amazing. We so enjoyed having the chef and sommelier describe each course. The atmosphere is formal, yet it feels warm and very personal, very much like you are enjoying dinner at a master chef's home. But this chef isn't grandstanding - he shines the spotlight on his coworkers - encouraging them to create their own dishes (our dinner included two). The U-shaped table allows interaction between chef, sommelier, and staff as they proceed through the courses (so you get an opportunity to compliment the chefs). One side of the dining room includes equipment and tools that the chefs use for their creations, which is fascinating. The seating in the round gives diners a bird's eye view of food preparation and presentation. Modern attractive tableware is changed up with every course by pleasant staff. Everything was clean and quiet, allowing us to absorb the ambience as well as the gastronomy. Finally, the food: they use EVERYTHING! All kinds of foods, and all parts of foods. I can't begin to describe it, so you have to try it to understand. But it results in dishes like "braised lamb doppio ravioli" and "dry aged black cod" which was SO much more than a piece of fish! My favorite was the upside down ratatouille (on puff pastry). Gives new meaning to zucchini. Sommelier Cecil Usher is as much as a delightful chemist/teacher/entertainer as is Chef Christian Frangiadis. What a pair. What a dinner.
Excellent food and service. A really great experience and our new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh!
