Totally amazing experience! Went to the Monday vegetarian series. From the moment we walked in we were taken care of with a drink and 3 unique small bites. This was our second time to One by Spork. I just love this place. Chef Christian is an artist. This time, he also allowed some of his younger staff to prepare dishes. I enjoyed this tremendously. Getting to see young people create in an environment like this is an amazing experience. The food is divine.
