I came here on a Friday night with my girlfriend and we were seated quickly. The place itself was expectedly crowded for a Friday night and we were prepared to wait to have our order taken.
The main issue that came up is when we were waiting at our table for around 10 to 15 minutes after we had our choices prepared but no one came to check up on us. Then, we saw another couple that walked in, got seated, and had their order taken before us.
We decided to walk out after witnessing that. We'd like to consider visiting this place again that isn't a Friday night for a second chance to try their food.

Found this great place after a Pirates game. I was visiting with an old college buddy. Sat outside and had a great time. Staff was friendly and kind. Seating was on the nose. Food was great, and the drinks were nice and cold. I'm definitely stopping again when in town. High recommend.

Always a good time whenever my amazing acquaintance Kelly Cincotta and I go to stackd. This is where we held our business meetings, but they’ve had to become postponed because of my recent transfer out of the state. We’ve had some good memories there. We get the same thing (more or less). We were regulars in the year 2022. Every Friday it seemed…we were there. Good times… anyway we’ve tried everything basically. The burgers: fire, the curly fries: perfect, tater tots: amazing, buffalo chicken quesadilla: yummy, chicken sandwich with one singular layer of lettuce: super good, buffalo chicken salad: very good, milkshakes: sooooooooo good (they had a strawberry cheesecake one once…life changing pls bring it back), water: crisp, nachos: great, mozzarella sticks: awesome. That’s all I can share from our experience. Please do yourself a favor and become a season pass holder. You won’t regret it. Plus we didn’t even gain any weight! #gopitt! Stackd is love, stackd is life🩷🙏

Stack'd is great to bring large group of people with varied tastes and food preferences. I've only ever sat outside on the sidewalk, so I have no idea what it's like inside. However, I know that the service is accommodating, and I love the view sitting outside. The bathrooms are a little sketchy and the food is just a little better than fine, but I've had a couple great meals here and it's worth the stop.

Stack'd burger are delicious I usually get the short stack it's like 1 smash burger and a side of fries . There peanut butter milkshakes are yummy 😋 I didn't give it a full 5 stars only cause it's so tight In the restaurant seating wise and only 1 bathroom for everyone. Non the less It's a great burger joint .

Our waitress was very kind and we were seated quickly, however, we waited for over an hour for our food and it came out cold. The fries were bland and the burger was overcooked and unseasoned. Overall just very bland. Let me say I’ve been to stackd before and it was good, but I’ve heard it’s going downhill. We also ordered pretzel buns and the other time I had ordered one, it was a typical pretzel bun, and very good. This time it was an actual pretzel cut in half acting as a bun, it was drier than I’ve ever seen before, and did not hold up. Also since it was a real pretzel it leaked my condiments out of the burger. Will not be going back anytime soon.

10/10 Never returning to this restaurant EVER again. The service is horrific. We waited well over 2 and a half HOURS for our food and it was only the 4 of us. The service is awful, they even told us it would only be 15-30 minutes. Please save your time and money and refrain from even considering this restaurant!!!!!!!!!
