Workers are overly lazy! There’s been multiple occasions of me trying to place an order over the phone and they’ll said one second and never return to the phone! I’ll hang up and it’ll still be off the hook for hours as if they don’t want to take over the phone orders which is very inconsiderate and bad for the establishment. This has been going on for far to long I’ve noticed a pattern and it’s very distasteful and I feel bad for not tipping but this is the service they give why would I tip women with bad attitude and terrible customer service… yaw aren’t that busy!

Gotta say any time we eat there great service and food but please for the love of God move that table that sits directly by the bathroom, absolutely disgusting and it's big enough I really don't think we need it there. You literally can smell poop 🫠😝

For a restaurant specializing in hamburgers the quality is disgustingly poor. Ultra-processed buns, frozen patties, and mediocre presentation. Everything tastes like they get the ingredients from a large industrial distributor like Sysco, meaning they don't buy from local suppliers. Might be all right for a beer but if you want to get a similar meal with a better price-quality relationship, do yourself a favor and walk to any of the fast-food joints around the block.

Stopped here on a busy Friday night, was in town for just a day for a college tour. Was told 20min for a table, so we sat at the bar, and had a table in less than 10min. The ordering process was different, a checklist with way more options than we anticipated. But everything was great! We had fried Mac and cheese and pierogies for apps (spicy ranch for the bites was delicious! Burgers were all cooked perfectly, the tator tots were crispy, and our son loved the chocolate peanut butter milkshake. The service was thorough and quick, we will definitely be back!
I went to college in Oakland & frequently visited stack’d (I’m talking weekly). They have THE best Buffalo Chicken Salad. (A secret I have long kept) It’s heavy on the toppings, and the sauce/ranch dressing combo is to die for (ask for extra- you won’t regret it!) I have since moved away, but I make a point to satisfy my craving for stack’d each time I return to town & it slaps every. single. time.
