This place is nice and good but the service provided by the people who work there not just waitress but also the chef are very inattentive and distracted on their phone. And the main thing is they have no shame at all I saw the host using her phone while someone was standing for her so they can get seated. She was also eating her food in the front while hosting phenomenal multitasking skills. When the tipping time comes they start giving smiles but other than that they don’t care if you have your order or not have it on time or not. If it’s correct or not because most of the girls there are just keep talking in the back even when they have someone’s ready order in there hands for minutes. I am pretty sure the manager is the same way too.

We were in Pittsburgh overnight to visit the Phipps Conservatory to take in their Summer Flower Show: Monet in Bloom. Randomly looking for a place to grab a bite, found Stack'd online, and decided to check it out. We were not disappointed! Fresh, delicious burgers, made with toppings of our choosing, and friendly service! Would definitely eat here, again.

Ok. I'm not a huge burger guy. I went in just looking for somewhere in this area I was walking around to have a beer. Ordered my beer (they have several on draught, and the usual suspects in bottles). But then I got hungry. So I ordered wings. While waiting for my wings, I actually read the burger menu. It's a series of steps allowing you to truly customize it.My wings arrived very quickly. Bone-in, tossed in General Tso's sauce with ranch on the side. Now, it's important to note that I consider myself to be a wings lover and connoisseur. Flats are my preference. You can order all flats or all drums for $1 more. These wings were seriously better than any I've had before. Perfectly cooked (excellent balance between cooked enough so no pink meat, but not dry).But while eating them, I was now also craving a burger! I rarely order burgers out because I'm very particular. Got mine on a sesame bun, single patty (freshly smashed so not frozen or pre made). Red onion, romaine lettuce, dill pickle, tomato, Mayo, ketchup). Did I mention how fresh the meat tasted? This too blew my socks off.So I now have my favorite eating and drinking spot in Shadyside. I need to also mention the bartender/server Matt was phenomenal. He mentioned that he was in training, but he was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. He'll do great. And you should definitely try this place if you haven't already! 5 stars is not enough!

Good food, younger crowd, and two grade A dartboards. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. The prices are maybe a little more expensive than other food places, but not by much. However, this is balanced by the awesome happy hour (4-6:30) where apps are half off and drinks are much cheaper. Trivia on Tuesdays.

Terrible service, no highchair for a toddler. Food wasn't good. Couldn't locate our server after we got our food. After eating there we saw 4 wrong charges in our credit card. I have never given my credit card to anyone expect the server there to pay for our food. Not going back.

Great place! The food was delicious! Grace, our waitress was very friendly, helpful, efficient, and just a wonderful worker! I loved how you can choose your meat and size,, bread, toppings, condiments for your burger. Even though it is ala cart, it doesn't break the bank! Thank you for great food and service! Tried this place twice and both times were disappointing.1st time the burgers were dry and overcooked.2nd time: Also dry (including a chicken breast burger), but this time they accidentally swapped the type of buns between the two burgers and gave us half the portion of fries we ordered. I walked back to get the full order of fries and it took probably 20 minutes just for that.A true shame since we are a very quick walk from this place.

Aweful. Waited over an hour for cold food. Watched numerous people leave without being served. And to top it off, when I got home everything was missing or wrong. 2 items were missing. Not worth even going back to complain. Will never get my business again. Along with many many others who feel the same way. Tires of hearing the staffing excuses. Just stop it. No managers or anything. Stop taking orders of you can’t handle them.Absolutely ridiculous.

Changed my 5 star review to a 2 unfortunately.Generally they make delicious burgers and food but recently the management has been terrible. They've bit off way more than they can chew.They're doing multiple takeout services as well as sit in and it's too much for them. I ordered takeout (I've normally sat in and love it). The takeout took an hour and 10 minutes to be ready. The couple in front of me said they had been waiting for their takeout for two hours.The hostess told me three times, it'll be ready in 15 minutes and obviously that wasn't true. Then when I got my order, it was wrong but I didn't want to go in and confront them or wait for a replacement.I have loved this stacked location and eaten there a good handful of times but I would not take anyone there or recommend it right now. I'm hoping it gets better.

This restaurant opens at 4pm on Wednesdays. We arrived around 4:11 and seated ourselves. We got our drinks served promptly and our waitress took our menu cards back pretty fast, before 4:20. Our waitress didn't come to check on us for the next 35 minutes. Finally, she brought us our food around 4:55. It wasn't busy at all, we were the first ones there. Three separate couples came in sometime after us - served by the other 3 waitresses working. And, when we finally got our food, it was cold. So the plates had been sitting in the kitchen for some time. I have been very understanding of the restaurant industry because of the pandemic, but there was no excuse for the poor service we got. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. Walnut street is just a few blocks away - go the extra distance!
