This Starbucks isn't terrible, it's just closed, perhaps permanently. There's one a block away though in the Steel Tower on 600 Grant Street. We stayed at the Omni William Penn Hotel, the home of the closed Starbucks, so went to the Steel Tower one which was convenient, clean, and modern.
Closed temporarily?????
Love the environment~ clean, lively, and well-organized! The baristas are also very friendly and polite. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Simi approved! ;)
Have not taken a sip yet having trouble finding the actual milk! Gimme a break!
Nice relaxing space, nice decor, friendly staff inside the Regal William Penn hotel.
Beautifully done inside a historic hotel. Quicker service than most other locations around downtown.
This Starbucks is simply fantastic! The cafe opens out onto a hotel lobby as well with tons of comfortable seating. I'd definitely come again if I had the chance, the employees are nice and the place is cozy:)
Lovely place, still paying way to much for hot bean water.
The staff is friendly and efficient. They serve lots of people staying in the hotel and coming in from the street. They also have a large mobile order community. Somehow they manage to do it all and do it well. What is also pretty special is that you can grab a cup and hang in the gorgeous hotel lobby. Grabbing my morning coffee and often a protein lunch each day is a pleasure.
A stellar facility! They were very quick and friendly. They even made sure they got my order right, (I ordered through the app.) I was very pleased with the quality and service.

Nitro brew coffee is a very cool drink
Pleasant with the usual stuff. Staff was very nice.
I love Starbucks! No matter what I order, or which location it is, I am ALWAYS so pleased with my selection and coffee drinks!
Looking out onto the Omni William Penn lobby, this location provides unparalleled scenery compared to any other Starbucks in the Downtown Pittsburgh area. Service was a little slow, even with a mobile order, but it was also busy as it was lunchtime.
Only one of the 4 employees were hustling. There was a huge line and 3 of the employees looked new. You should staff it more appropriately during a Steelers game day.
