It took 26 minutes to NOT get a PREmade tomato and Mozzarella sandwich. Workers stated that this is the norm around here …Oh and coffee brewer was down or out of commission. ??♀️??♀️

My online order was to be ready for pickup only three minutes after I completed my purchase. That had never happened to me before. So, I got there pickup up my food around 40 minutes after my pickup time. I explained my situation. Instead of reheating my breakfast wrap the Starbucks worker threw out the breakfast wrap and made me an entire new one! !! No questions asked! Excellent customer service! !! Thank you!

I cannot believe how RUDE one of the staff members were today. I attempted to enter the store after them and they literally slammed the door in my face. It doesn’t take much to say, sorry we’re closed. Absolutely disrespectful.

Okay, so the only reason this place is getting three stars and not two is that all of the staff is openly in a beautiful and loving polyamorous relationship with each other. Love that! But there are some problems. Why does the stand that holds the cups behind the counter touch the trashcans? Gross! I can't give a tip with my card because Starbucks is PUNISHING these poor lovers all because they are a union store . . . in union city! The sweet tgirl behind the counter made my day, and she gave me a reason to smile. Love her! 🏳️⚧️♥️ Ill be going again, but only for the baristas! Not the evil company with dirty cups. 🤢

Usual Starbucks fare at usual (high) prices. Warm brownies are delicious! Couldn't find a place to sit due to all the college students being there.
I enjoy visiting this place based off its environment & its loyal employees that offer a place of study for educational purposes. Most College Students enjoy taking their loved ones & friends out to brunch for their personal life issues. I witness most times when I go there most people like to study & enjoy a day out from social media & live a regular normal lifestyle. Normalizing an educational lifestyle instead of a partying routine that most people fail to understand. Partying is not always a lifestyle if you want to graduate & become successful in life so I took my time out of the day to express this concerns about my experience at this local Starbucks in this city because it always taught me when the poverty rises take time out your day & study on what you prefer to exercise those rights of expression in another way.

Most of the time this place is just your normal college coffee shop, super busy lots of people lots of coffee orders. But now a few times I have gone during a slower time of day and I wait an unusually long time while I stand and watch the baristas talk about non-work related things while not making anything. I don’t mind when coworkers talk/gossip while they are working but I was simply standing there waiting while they talked to each other for awhile before bothering to pick up the drink cup and begin making the drink.
