Location has customers that uses slurs against employees just for a 7 dollar drink poorly made.
Staff are really kind here at this location.
However the students outside often find themselves laughing at University Alumni who are war veterans and lose it allđđ˝đ§Š

Ordered online and it wasnât ready when I arrived. Waited for 20 mins in store. They were super busy but I didnât have time to deal with it and had to just leave without it

This location is incredibly mismanaged. They are two for two in losing my order. First time I waited 20 minutes b/c they werenât putting names on baked goods and whoever got there first got it. This time I reached out at 15 minutes and was told it was ONLY 15 minutes and it would be another 5 - 10 minutes. I wait another 30 and finally they say they will make the order AGAIN. What they didnât want to say was they didnât make it in the first place. Others around me were also being told the same thing when they came up to ask where in the heck their order was. AVOIDING this Starbucks from now on, and I suggest you do to if your time is valuable to you.

I wanted to try cold foam on my hot coffee, was denied, and then mocked and laughed at by workers for daring to have a preference. God forbid a customer has taste or curiosity here.

I returned to the Oakland Starbucks today, near UPMC Presbyterian. Again, the wonderful team rocks. It was the first time in 15 years I ordered a Frappuccino because a team member educated me that they can make one not sweet. The espresso Frappuccino is fantastic. I'm happy this team teaches us .

It took 26 minutes to NOT get a PREmade tomato and Mozzarella sandwich. Workers stated that this is the norm around here âŚOh and coffee brewer was down or out of commission. ??ââď¸??ââď¸

My online order was to be ready for pickup only three minutes after I completed my purchase. That had never happened to me before. So, I got there pickup up my food around 40 minutes after my pickup time. I explained my situation. Instead of reheating my breakfast wrap the Starbucks worker threw out the breakfast wrap and made me an entire new one! !! No questions asked! Excellent customer service! !! Thank you!

I cannot believe how RUDE one of the staff members were today. I attempted to enter the store after them and they literally slammed the door in my face. It doesnât take much to say, sorry weâre closed. Absolutely disrespectful.
