My online order was to be ready for pickup only three minutes after I completed my purchase. That had never happened to me before. So, I got there pickup up my food around 40 minutes after my pickup time. I explained my situation. Instead of reheating my breakfast wrap the Starbucks worker threw out the breakfast wrap and made me an entire new one! !! No questions asked! Excellent customer service! !! Thank you!

Okay, so the only reason this place is getting three stars and not two is that all of the staff is openly in a beautiful and loving polyamorous relationship with each other. Love that! But there are some problems. Why does the stand that holds the cups behind the counter touch the trashcans? Gross! I can't give a tip with my card because Starbucks is PUNISHING these poor lovers all because they are a union store . . . in union city! The sweet tgirl behind the counter made...

I enjoy visiting this place based off its environment & its loyal employees that offer a place of study for educational purposes. Most College Students enjoy taking their loved ones & friends out to brunch for their personal life issues. I witness most times when I go there most people like to study & enjoy a day out from social media & live a regular normal lifestyle. Normalizing an educational lifestyle instead of a partying routine that most people fail to understand....
