I am just sitting in front of a $3.75 Americano that smells like burnt. The taste is awful -- like reheated coffee from yesterday that's been overcooked and scorched. It's undrinkable. I went this morning, bought the coffee, and came home hoping to start my day with a good cup. Not this time. Never again.

I had a disappointing experience at this coffee shop today. When I noticed my coffee didn’t look right and politely asked about it, the barista seemed very impatient with my questions. When I tried to lighten the mood, she rolled her eyes and walked away.
Later, when I returned to express my concerns, this same employee was just playing on her phone instead of attending to customers. I will say that the other staff members were apologetic about the situation, which I appreciated.
The coffee itself was fine, but customer service is also important. I hope management addresses this issue as I’ve generally had better experiences here in the past.

Is it that hard to make a decent coffee? The beans looks like they've been put through a blast furnace instead of an actual coffee roaster.

I went in there this morning and ordered a bagel and cream cheese. I was preoccupied with work stuff. The young woman who took my order had shoulder-length light hair. When she brought my bagel, somehow the point-of-sale machine did not show the screen with the total payment, nor did I see the screen where you could choose a tip or get a receipt. Again, because I was busy, I didn't think much of this. I tapped my card. This server said the total was "$9.18," which was exorbitant, and turned away. What??? I then tried to ask people how much a bagel and cream cheese was (the server had turned her back and faced the rear counter, where she remained). I finally got the issue across to another person who seemed to be in charge, who said a $5 tip had been added! She voided this for me. However, whoever took my order and added a tip for herself is a THIEF, and she should not be working there!!! I wouldn't go near the place.

I am surprised to see the casher rolling her eyes on me when I was trying to confirm whether I have paid the juice(I forgot to pick it up after paying). And no one called after my order is ready. The employees should be trained to be more professional and show common respect customers/people.
The barista made me feel like I was trying to get free milk for my customized drink. If there’s a charge, I’d happy to pay, but I don’t think it’s fair to assume otherwise. Gave me a disgusting drink and insulted me in my face was really dismissive and unprofessional.

My daughter loves spending my money here. Apparently, by the dozens of Gen Z and Millennial chicks pouring into and out of this spot, alot of Dad's spend their money here.
Would be nice to just get a normal cup of coffee.

This is one of the last Starbucks in the area that still feels like a welcoming third place. The inside has plenty of seating and some great charm, including stained glass from the historic architecture. The baristas are nice and don’t feel super overworked, but maybe they are just putting on a facade after all the BOGO’s and deal days. Once this location receives a renovation I’m sure it will just be any other Starbucks that prioritizes mobile ordering.

I recently visited this Starbucks and was impressed. What stood out to me was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire store, including the bathrooms. While the quality of the food and beverages meets the standards typical of Starbucks, it was the outstanding service that made this location shine. The employees were friendly and attentive. This Starbucks goes above and beyond in both service and cleanliness.
